Dennis who ran the hostel made our booking procedure and time at the hostel very straight forward. It is a great location and all of our young people thought it was our best venue we have stayed in yet. It is warm, comfortable and even has an open fire. The kitchen is a great size and all beds had their own bedding. Highly recommend this as a venue for a youth or church weekend.

clean and comfortable, looks to have been recently refurbished; very quiet; kitchen on the small side though wouldn't want to see 2 groups cooking simultaneously. Several good cafes, grocery shops and restaurants in walking distance PArking is on street and cars need to be moved by 10 am

This was by far the worst place I ever stayed cracks on walls and questionable stains on the bedsheets stayed here for the Foyle cup very uncomfortable beds overall I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star will never stay here again the heating wasn’t good either absolutely dreadfull.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food is fantastic with a special mention to Yvonne who dealt with some of our tricky dietary restrictions brilliantly. Well worth checking which nights have live music in the bar, we were fortunate enough to see Jamie Sloan who was exceptional and we heard that some of the other performers are just as good.

A booking for mid May made in early January via *********** to enable a party of 5 to attend the NW200 races was summarily cancelled by the hostel with 5 days notice. Very apologetic but No reason was given and it was suggested I “try their sister hostel”, 5.5 miles further out from the race course. Had to book a last minute air b&b at an extra £360.

This hostel has cancelled our booking by email with three days notice. It has left my family, who have travelled from England, stranded with no place to stay. No accommodation is available on Easter Friday. We have two young children and have tried several times to contact the hostel by phone and email, to see if it can help us to find alternative accommodation, but it has not had the courtesy to reply. We are disgusted and do not recommend that people use this hostel.
