"لا يوجد طاقة وعندما نسأل عن الكهرباء لم يكن هناك تجاوب من الموظفين وغيروا حجزنا الكافي من الوقود وكان نبلغنا ان المدير قال لي عند الساعة الخامسة صباحا ارسلوا شخص لجلب البنزين من الفندق بعد 2 كيلوا ويقع هذا الفندق بعيد جدا عن المدينة القديمة وهذه المنطقة مزدحمة دائما. بعد أن تابعنا كل عشرين دقيقة، كان المدير يقول أن البنزين قادم. لقد التقينا ضيف آخر تعرضوا أيضا لمشكلة طاقة من الليلة السابقة، بعد عدة متابعات قدموا البنزين بعد 3 ساعات ووضعوا المولد على 8.15pm.New مناشف بالملايات المطلوب ، كانت الفوط ذات رائحة سيئة حتى يجب تغييرها. لا يوجد أضواء أمنية ، المكان كان مظلمًا جدًا في الليل وليس آمنًا أطلاقًا في الليل. هذا المكان بحاجة إلى أن يكون أفضل لأن إقامتنا كانت رهيبة. مليئة بالبعوض في الغرفة. انتهينا من الإقامة في نصف يوم وغادرت بسبب كل ما سبق. لا قيمة مقابل المال. إذا كنت ترغب في تفسد عطلتك ثم تحتاج إلى زيارة هذا المكان. نحن نحتاج أي شيء يقبلونه بعد 30 إلى 40 دقيق. أسوأ تجربة في الحياة. لا تذهب إلى هذا المكان أبداً"

"Explorer resort is in Bwerenga Entebbe has such a nice ambiance, the rooms are artistic and well thought out. There’s value for money seen, the cleanliness is top notch, the place is quiet and very convenient. Service is top notch, look for Tony, he is such a great host and took care of us very well. The place has a ranch, a nice jacuzzi for those that don’t like pools and fear deep waters, the rooms are very comfortable, the general lavatories are clean. It is a lovely place to visit"

"The hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes"
