Modern, comfortable apartment close to the center, first time use in March 2015

Our beautiful apartment is close to the center and still quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor. The center (pedestrian zone) and the harbor can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes. The apartment was completely renovated in autumn / winter 2014 and can accommodate 2-4 people. It has free WiFi. The beautiful living room with integrated kitchenette offers every comfort. A cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player invites you to linger. The sofa can be converted into a cozy bed with just one hand, with space for two children or one adult. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the terrace adjoining the living room you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on beautiful evenings. The small bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a modern washstand. A hair dryer is also available. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (slatted frames are height adjustable), two bedside tables, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and also a flat-screen TV. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, we are unfortunately unable to allow smoking and pets. The apartment has its own parking space. The parlor and the bedroom are equipped with external blinds (they are electric in the parlor) and there is an electric awning on the terrace, which provides wonderful shade in summer. Upon request, towels and bed linen can be booked for € 17.00 per person. The final cleaning is € 30.00 for bookings of less than 5 nights, more is included.
