I absolutely loved this place, right on the Marina and just a short walk from shops restaurants and bars. The staff was amazing and super friendly, we was all incluse and the food at both restaurants was amazing. Will definitely return.

Forget any type of requests they don’t even acknowledge them. Terrible A/C complained several times they said they would look into it and didn’t never offered to switch rooms poor customer service internet should breakfast at $22 per person ended up over $33.00 a person cramped room but the location is great fiesta marina overall better deal then playing a maze game trying to find your room.

Amazing hotel, lived the breakfast, the pool, and the service

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Tesoro. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The location right on the Marina is perfect; it's a beautiful setting with lovely views, and it's very convenient for walking around and enjoying the area. The service at the restaurants was quick and efficient and all staff were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the rooftop area for relaxation as the pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and excellent bar service. We had the breakfast plan and the buffet at the Vista was plentiful with lots of variety; we also had lunch at the Vista a couple of times, and the food was excellent with fair pricing. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Tesoro again.

It was a great experience. The service always excellent, professional and friendly. The hot tub needs more heat, but other than that all great! Thank you!

Confusion on check in as we were charged sanitation and environmental fee but our booking said we had already paid that to Trip.com. My room was great - but friends room had issues (door fell off hinges, safe didn't work and hot water didn't work - when maintenance came to fix a yellow sludge came out of the pipes!), Awesome a la carte breakfast on ground floor (could have buffet of ALC) with delicious fresh food (much nicer than buffet). Fabulous location on the marina and free parking. This is my second stay and would stay again. This was my first Trip.com experience so was cautious - but it was awesome. I got a great hotel in Cabo for the lowest price of all platforms.

Excellent desk, food, location. Support, fun pool, drinks, etc.

The hotel is in marina , which is convenient but it’s not particularly comfortable since there is construction going on in the morning quite disturbing We met a good concierge Estela, and booked our day tour through hotel with a rather good price There is a club introduction but it’s not pushy and staff are quite friendly It’s quite a standard stay experience

Hotel is old but nice location near the clubs and you get a great breakfast buffet for all . Pool could be Warner

Excellent location, great breakfast buffet, excellent view of the marina.

Check-in was terrible. Not allowed an early check-in. Only 2 clerks at desk with a very long line. After waiting 45+ minutes to get to front of line they sent you to a second line to get your room key! Seriously? Then our room was probably the furthest from the lobby...far! Awake for most of night as very loud music at a bar close by until almost 3am, but the worst was woken up in middle of night with toxic raw sewage smell from bathroom. Had to cover shower drain with towel, close door then put another towel under door. Almost unable to use bathroom in morning while holding my breath. When I discussed issue with front desk the next morning and after much discussion was give $20 coupon for pool bar. I will never come here again. Only positive was nice buffet breakfast in pool area. So disappointed!

I was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind. Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from Trip.com and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

The rooms were not clean and the staff was unpleasant.
