We have been owners at Pueblo Bonito Rose' for over 20 years. Ove the last couple of years, the service has gone downhill. Upon check-in, I requested that our room be done by noon each day. I was told (as I have been told in the past) that would not be a problem. It was done the next day before we came up from the pool. The second morning, I wanted to send laundry out. I followed the directions, placed the dirty clothes in the bag and left it just inside the door. I let the front desk know there was laundry to go out. Imagine my surprise when we came to the room that afternoon, not only was the bag of dirty clothes still there, but the room wasn't done. I went down and asked to speak to the manager. Of course, he/she was unavailable and I had to talk to the front desk supervisor. She assured me that the clothes would be picked up the next morning. When we got back from dinner, the clothes were gone and the room had been tidied. The next day, the clothes were returned clean and the room was done. I thought it was fixed. Two days later, we came up from the pool and once again, the room wasn't done. I didn't even complain this time as it appears that since the timeshares end in two years, this poor service is what we should expect. I do want to give kudos to the pool servers, especially to Israel and Samuel. Two very hardworking and caring guys. Also, Luis Zepahua at Cilantros was amazing and attentive. It is sad to see a place that we have been going to for over 20 years has gone so far downhill. They seem to be placing all of their efforts into Sunset Beach. What amazes me is that so many people from Sunset Beach come to Rose' and Blanco every day.
