Response from Property: Dear Kathleen,First of all, I would like to take the opportunity to clarify that Barceló welcomes all guests who want to stay with us, regardless of their origin; your accusation is very serious and I would like to emphasize that at no time has any comment or distinction been made for any reason.Although we understand that your accommodation experience has been pleasant and that you have been satisfied with our services and facilities, we are very sorry if the rate for your accommodation did not meet your expectations, however, I take this opportunity to detail that the additional payment that will be invoiced you, corresponds, as you were well informed, to the difference in reserved occupancy, since you had made a reservation for two people and three adults actually stayed, for which reason the reserved stay was modified to the actual occupancy, as explained by the colleagues at the reception.We are deeply sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at our hotel to the fullest, as we strive every day to make each stay unforgettable.Best regards,Blanca Chaparro Olgado, Guest Manager
