Ty Glyndwr Bunkhouse, Bar and Cafe ★★

"The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk to Caernarfon Castle, right in the heart of the medieval town. I imagine it's a popular spot for people who have been hiking in Snowdonia."

Hole in the Wall ★★★★

Tyn Rhos Country House ★★★★★

"If you look the website it doesn’t mention hotel anywhere and I think that is fair, it does have more of the feel of a large upmarket guest house. Unfortunately Country House to me creates the idea of a large Victorian type pile. You can’t deny it is a house in the country but be prepared for a series of 1980’s, 90’s? conversions and extensions resulting, in my opinion, an unappealing mis-match of buildings, echoed in the winding up and down corridors. Nice views undeniably. So why three stars, for me it’s all down to value for money. The night before I paid £150 for a suite in a four star country hotel (in Wales) with swimming pool, spa and all the goodies. Here I paid £260 for a very similar room, at £150 it would have been 5 star at £260 I’m afraid not. Had a very good meal in the restaurant, for the price, 5 star."

Royal Goat Hotel ★★★

"An older property with spacious and comfortable rooms in the village centre and close to the Festinog steam railway. Staff were helpful but facilities were pretty basic and WiFi didn't reach the room."

YHA Snowdon PEN-y-Pass ★★

"مكان ممتاز مع خدمة متميزة و موظفين ممتازين، سوف نوصي بة."
