Disappointing. Could be so much better Lovely setting but rooms a bit tired. However the service was poor. No one offered to help with bags, charge for water in room only hotel in Argentina that we stayed in which did that and breakfast very disappointing. Having a notice in the room itemising the charges for damaging every item in the room is not a good image.

We arrived and were accompanied to a vet serious member of staff to our room facing the carpark. He never asked if everything is ok or if we need anything. Just left. In our 3 nights stay we didn't see anyone smile and nobody made us feel welcome. They didn't seem to be bothered we were the guests. Room was facing the car park and was very smelly. Old bathroom, no amenities such as cotton buds, toothpaste etc. Breakfast - one staff always just stands inside ( with no smile!!!) and never goes around the tables to collect dirty plates or cups. They never ask you if you want any eggs or anything hot they might have in the kitchen. Toaster takes 10min to do one side of the bread and only 4 pieces at one time. Today the breakfast room was full and there was a long queue for toasts. Buffet was limited with too many cakes and sweets and same every day Room - the curtains didn't fit and nobody made sure at the beginning this was correct or not. Check out - nobody offered any help to carry the luggage from the room when they saw my husband taking everything out one by one and we had 5 pieces. At reception nobody asked how was the stay, just requested the keys room. This was the WORST unfriendly and unhelpful place in Argentina we visited.

Estaba nuestra secunda estadía aquí pero también la última! La habitación está bien pero cenar en el restaurant no estaba en relación con un establecimiento de este nivel: Había una familia amplia con niños, 16 personas que gritaban todo el tiempo, haciendo volar aviones de papel en el comedor... No pudimos conversar tan estaba ruidoso. Elegimos una ensalada "Mar y Tierra" con salmón ahumado; cuando llegaron los platos, el salmón estaba congelado: vuelta a la cocina para corigir. El secundo era un "Filet grillado". Pedimos uno rugoso y el otro cocido: llegaron cocido y super cocido. Vuelta a la cocina para obtener una pieza menos cocida de carne no tan tierna. Que lastima pagar este precio para un hotel de buen nivel; al final es seguro que pudimos encontrar algo mucho más barato en relación a la "qualidad" que nos ofrecieron. A esta hora de la noche, estamos en nuestra habitación y hay niños que están jugando "Al escondido" adelante nuestra puerta. Conversar con los empleados y pedir un poquito de tranquilidad no resultó, no hay que escribir más.

Net buiten El Cafayate op 3km van het centrum staat het ruime wijn resort El Cafayate. De onverharde en onverlichte weg nodigt niet echt uit om er savond (zeker niet zonder auto) op uit te gaan. We kregen appartement 19 dat van boven uitkijkt op de tuin en zwembad. De kamer is ruim en schoon en het sanitair is prima. Alles is aanwezig en functioneert. Het en der zagen we nog wel wat restanten van waterschade. Fijn is dat er goede blinderingsgordijnen aanwezig zijn. Er is een ruim ontbijt buffet aanwezig en we hebben ook ‘s avonds van het restaurant gebruik gemaakt. De bediening is attent en prettig in omgang. We kunnen Wine Resort El Cafayate van harte aanbevelen. Tip: er wordt gebouwd aan uitbreiding van het hotel. (Januari 2025) De werkzaamheden starten netjes tussen 08:30-09:00 uur. Toch zou ik bij het toewijzen van de kamer eerst even gaan kijken of het niet te dichtbij de werkzaamheden ligt. 81 punten

Se llama Wine hotel pero no tiene bodega ni produce vinos, está al lado de unos viñedos que pertenecen a otra firma. Igualmente el entorno es muy agradable, ubicado a un par de km del centro por lo que es recomendable tener auto. La habitación clásica es de buen tamaño, con balcón con vista al jardín, piscina y viñedos. Tiene una pava eléctrica pero no dejan te o café pata prepararse. Heladera bajo mesada vacía para lo que uno quiera poner, y caja fuerte. Baño con el lavatorio muy amplio afuera, y tras la puerta el inodoro, bidet y bañera con ducha. Amplio. Todo esta muy bien mantenido, buen wifi sin cargo y estacionamiento descubierto y 4 cocheras cubiertas. Muy buen desayuno y restaurante, con precios algo elevados y sin vista del paisaje. Parque y piscina exterior muy agradables. Excelente limpieza, personal cordial. Buen hotel, volvería.

Uitstekend middenklasse hotel. Prachtig gelegen op een heuvel boven Cafayate met geweldig uitzicht over de vallei vanaf het grote zwembad en veel van de kamers. De tuin rond het zwembad is prachtig. Het is wel 2,5 kilometer van de stad. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Niet luxueus, maar gewoon prima, zeker naar Argentijnse maatstaven. Voor het ontbijt geldt hetzelfde. Het diner is gevarieerder dan van veel Argentijnse restaurants. De vrouw bij de receptie is heel behulpzaam en ze spreekt goed Engels, wat zeker niet overal zo is.
