The room was very clean. There was a ********* lady at the front desk who could speak Chinese. The hotel has a special menu every day. When we arrived, it was steak night and the steak was quite big. There was room cleaning service. The environment was very quiet. It was very close to the pier and it was very convenient to eat around.

The hotel is a bit old, close to the cruise ship terminal, the room balcony faces the port, the waiter's attitude is very good, but you can't check in before the time, the other hotels are OK. Opposite the hotel is a ******, the central air conditioning cooling tower on the roof is very noisy, and the balcony door must be closed.

The location is good, close to the ticket exchange pier, the hotel rooms are spacious, the functional areas of the rooms are well separated, and the family lives comfortably. There is good greenery nearby, you can stroll around after going out to sea, the street view is good, and it is not far from the night market and the aquarium. You can walk directly to

I stayed here twice - the first time, an ordinary room, the 2nd time, I thought maybe the Horizon Club might be a higher level. Before I say anything, I may choose to stay again for the location! This property is not 'Shangri-LA' as you would expect - the windows are all dirty which is disappointing for 'Marina View' rooms... The Horizon lounge furniture is closer to school lunch hall style, and the dinner - well, I don't eat in food halls with sausage rolls and spring rolls. We ate in the main street which was AWESOME!. The ping pong table is bent, bats are without surface, and the air hockey machine without pucks.. Basically a 'cashing in on the brand' experience...

I had an exceptional 7-night stay at Crystalbrook Flynn. The hospitality and service were outstanding, with staff always attentive and friendly. My room was impeccably cleaned daily, with bottled water consistently replenished, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. The hotel’s location is a standout feature – strategically placed near eateries and popular places of interest, making it incredibly convenient and accessible. Whether exploring nearby attractions or dining out, everything was just a short distance away. I truly enjoyed my time at Crystalbrook Flynn and would highly recommend it for its excellent service and prime location.

The hotel is a good location walking distance to Bars and restaurants It is very dated and in need of a revamp old lifts We got checked in but was disappointed to Find out that the hotel was under construction and that there was no pool they did provide transport to another hotel but we just went to the public one Fresh towels were provided daily but the bath had not been cleaned or washed out The bathroom is small can’t fit two people in at the same time

Stayed 4+1 nights here. Very bad experiences in the end: my wife’s jacket was lost inside the wardrobe, I had to take taxi from airport to the front desk seeking assistance and told them to urgently help as my flight boarding is half hour later. They shared the room had been occupied by new guests and if there is anything left by us the cleaner should have found it. I said I am in a high rush and why not you staff just escort me to go to the room and take a look. They said they need seek internal approvals and when the senior officer came out, she repeated the same words. All of them simply ignored that I was in rush and blindly asked me to be patient, and then they worked in an over-patient way by keeping me at the front desk area without any certainty. Finally I realized going to miss the air flight and had to leave. Half way back to airport they called my wife saying that they have found the jacket and that I am the wrong party who didn’t patiently wait for them to slowly slowly take their time. What a joke! Isn’t said by them that new guests have moved in and if there is anything left by us they should have found it? So now how did they find it out? And, I am the wrong party? I am supposed to wait for them to take time and miss air flight? What a lousy team! They should have worked as officials in a third-class country, who are good at killing time, twisting words and blaming others, rather than in the front line of a reputable hotel.

The apartment is rather new. Location is the biggest its advantage. Vert close to bus station and restaurants. The whole block of 1/2 bedroom apartments are next to the “hotel”. The check in and out processes were fast without hassle. During my stay, I found some daily problems that I had to sort out. As the staff at the reception said the apartment is managed by the hotel, however, it is not serviced exactly as the hotel rooms. I prefer to have some information sheet telling some basics solutions. It was not cleaned up every day. We had the cleaning services for the 4th, 8th morning. I have to ask for refilling such as clean towels, toilet papers, rubbish bin bags, dishwashing tabs, I also need to empty the rubbish or food garbage.  Most disappointing, someone having their food in room and drop them nearby my door daily. As the temperature is hot there and stinky smell was suck.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Room is clean and spacious with a lovely view over the balcony. The vibe at both bars is excellent reminding me I am in a holiday. Our room is in front of an elevator, so it is a bit noisy on the morning when people go down to the restaurant. The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Sometimes food didn't get refilled fast enough. There is room for improvement.

The 2 bedroom apartment suits us (2 couples) very well. It has more than enough space. The apartment was well equipped. The location is also good, very close to supermarket, also not too far from reef terminal (20 mins walk). However the wifi was terrible, very bad. The beds were just about okay. Also the tiny quantity of toiletry supplies bothered us as well.
