Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting.
Nice
Location is great near the nile
The hotel is luxurious
The only negative thing we faced is thatbwe left a gift to one of our friends at the reception to be picked up the day after, when he came to pick it up they told him nothing was their.
As soon as we checked in our suitcases, the chip relay race started. It felt like every 10 steps, so if you're not used to chips, you won't be able to keep up. The room was, so to speak, a princess room for giants. You can feel like a little kid.
I felt that this hotel was more for rich and tall people than for people who want to feel rich. I was looking forward to a hair dryer, but I was a little sad to see that I was mummified.
The walls are thin. Security is perfect.
The strawberry juice we received as a welcome drink was unbelievably delicious. To begin with, the strawberries in Egypt are big and delicious.
My stay at the Ramses Hilton Cairo was a mixed bag. The Nile views were undeniably spectacular, a constant, breathtaking backdrop. The location, central and convenient for exploring, was a major plus. Staff were generally welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel felt a bit dated; some areas seemed to need a refresh. While the dining options were adequate, they weren't exceptional. The pool area was a welcome respite from the Cairo heat. Overall, the Ramses Hilton offers good value, primarily due to its location and views, but don't expect a modern, luxurious experience. It's a solid, comfortable stay with a classic Cairo charm.

Perfect location just across the road from the Museum. The hotel is safe for solo travelers, and there are police officers stationed on the ground floor of the building. Rooms are clean and basic breakfast is served in the room. Be aware of booking any additional services as the manager has the tendency to change the price and request higher price (in my case triple) than the agreed amount at the time of booking. The incident made me feel very uncomfortable as I am not used to being spoken to in a rude/ unfriendly/ border line aggressive manner by men, especially service providers. It did leave a bad impression at the very end of my stay.
I think the location is very good because it faces Taharil Square where the bus from the airport stops. The location of the hotel is along the main street, but I feel that the reception was on the 4th floor of the rugged building. I couldn't find any signboards outside. I think it's hard to find it on my own, so ask the locals around there. There was Kentucky nearby. It is close to the Egyptian Archaeological Museum. It is also close to the famous Koshary Abou Tarek. It was so delicious that please go. I booked a dormitory but made it a private room for free. The toilet, shower and wash basin are shared, but they were very beautiful. There were two hair dryers and both were available. It was nice that the room was large and clean and had a balcony. The staff was friendly and nice. I glanced at the dormitory room and it looked pretty beautiful. The elevator is interesting.
Friendly staff
You have to use a public toilet but it's ok
I drank strawberry juice as a welcome drink and it was delicious, especially the afternoon staff was friendly. I checked out and left my luggage and went to find it.
