Globales Mediterrani

Wykupiliśmy pobyt w pokoju DZX1 w budynku głównym, a dostaliśmy JSX1 w budynku bocznym ( był zaskakująco mały) chyba nas oszukano zorientowałem się po powrocie do domu - był w oddzielnym budynku na parterze z widokiem na płot sąsiedniego hotelu. W pokoju panowała wilgoć, ubrania były stale wilgotne. Po zakwaterowaniu w pokoju pachniało, po kilku dniach śmierdziało stęchlizną, a brodzik kabiny prysznicowej był wstrętny - bardzo zużyty. Trafiliśmy na zimny okres i chcieliśmy się dogrzać klimatyzacją, mimo takiej funkcji grzanie nie działało. Nie zmieniono pościeli w okresie całego pobytu przez tydzień, a ręczniki od niedzieli do środy nie zostały wymienione na świeże. Kuchnia i restauracja - posiłki smaczne i duży wybór, bar bez zastrzeżeń. Basen - zimna woda ale w tym okresie to możliwe, teren hotelu czysto, zieleń zadbana, brakowało leżaków na trawnikach. Plaża porażka ( Cala Blanca) gnijące zielska, śmierdzi, brak serwisu - opłata klimatyczna za dwie osoby na 7 dni 46 euro - chyba hotelarz powinien porozmawiać z władzą lokalną, jeżeli wymienia w ofercie plaże, która jest wstrętna. Myself and my daughter have just come home . This hotel is amazing . Food is good, Staff and entertainment staff are amazing too. Always things going on around the pool area . Plenty of sun beds to choose from . Pool is cold but typical British saying once your under is fine Was there 11 nights a very very relaxing . Only downside for me was the local area is not very good for someone with reduce mobility, But everything else was brilliant. Tui Reps are at the hotel everyday. So thank you Globales for an amazing holiday.

The staff are absolutely amazing!!! They couldn’t do enough for us, it was our first ever holiday abroad and they made it so memorable that we are coming back in may this year 2025… food amazing… staff amazing and Menorca stunning xxx Bridget and team were fantastic. Myself and my son had never been abroad before and honestly were so nervous, however all staff at the Mediterrani make you feel so at home from the start…

Last minute trip to this hotel. It's lovely. Staff are great food and drink was ok. Room was amazing and great weather. We will be back again. Kids loved it and the pools were clean and area well maintained. Entertainment was good. Bus right outside to the lovely town and beach across the road

Back from another amazing stay at the Globales Mediterrani, our 2nd time this year. We stayed in one of the junior suites again which had a pool and part sea view. We were there the last week of the season and I was worried whether the food would be as good as our first time and despite some of the negative reviews recently regarding the food we found it just as good if not better than when we went in May/June. It can be a bit repetitive at times but mainly just at breakfast and lunch. But in the evenings they did different theme nights and was always great. The hotel itself is so clean and well maintained, daily maid service with fresh towels each day. The best part about this hotel though is all the wonderful staff. I’ve never experienced such friendly and hard working staff in a hotel. The 3 ladies who were on reception were always so helpful and asking if we were enjoying our stay. The bar/pool bar staff were lovely and welcoming. Shout out to Joanna who was so professional at dealing with a drunk customer who was being extremely rude and aggressive to another member of staff and she managed to calm down the situation instantly. The 3 lifeguards were incredible with my 2 children, one of them often played football with my son and one of the others generally being great and playing with both my children. The entertainment staff work incredibly hard keeping both kids and adults entertained. Olga especially was wonderful with my daughter and made all the kids feel special. The restaurant staff work so hard keeping the dining area spotless. They all seem to work long shifts. Carlos who works in the restaurant, bar area, pool bar area never seemed to stop working. Was always very friendly and welcoming to me and my family and often came over for a chat. That guy deserves a promotion! Already thinking of booking to come back next year hopefully depending on availability.

Le personnel est aux petits soins,les chambres spacieuses mais très mal insonorisées, la nourriture est correcte, manque d'animation, dans l'ensemble correct mais pas plus,c'est le personnel qui fait la différence. Le rapport qualité prix est convenable. On rentre un peu comme dans un moulin.
