Je suis très contente de l hôtel chambre immense très moderne lit immense balcon en L immense aussi très bonne nourriture très bien conçu près de tout tout est parfait personnels très professionnel et aimable de la réception au service restauration et services ménage je recommande tout est ok vraiment

Un “spa hotel” sin spa: una experiencia decepcionante Reservé este hotel a través de Booking bajo la premisa de que era un spa hotel, tal como lo indica su nombre y se promociona en todo su sitio web. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar me encuentro con que el spa está cerrado. Es decir, el principal motivo por el cual elegí este lugar simplemente no existe durante ciertos días. Tras dejar mi reseña inicial, me contactó Ascensión, quien con amabilidad me explicó que en Booking aparece la información sobre el cierre del spa los lunes y martes. Lamentablemente, esta información está lejos de ser clara o visible. Para encontrarla hay que navegar punto por punto y, aun así, los datos son confusos y desactualizados: en la sección de “información adicional” sigue figurando que el spa estará cerrado ¡de octubre 2022 a marzo 2023! Un texto claramente obsoleto que en nada ayuda al huésped actual. También me indicaron que el nombre del hotel no sugiere que el spa sea lo principal. Sin embargo, basta mirar la web o las plataformas de reserva para ver que la palabra spa aparece destacada como parte esencial del concepto del hotel. ¿Cómo se puede justificar que el spa esté cerrado sin siquiera advertirlo de forma clara antes de completar la reserva? Una experiencia frustrante, que refleja una lamentable falta de transparencia. Como clienta me siento engañada. Nadie pide disculpas, nadie asume responsabilidad. Solo queda la sensación de ser un número más para estas empresas. Muy decepcionante.

This was our first foreign holiday since March 2020 when Covid cut it short. It took us all this time to find the courage to get on a plane again. The hotel was spotless, room spacious, nice balcony overlooking the mountains & 1 of the 2 pools. There are also sea view rooms. Large walk-in shower, decent hanging space in wardrobe, aircon, tea/coffee making facilities & TV. The staff were welcoming & efficient & special praise goes to Gregorio in the restaurant & Gabriel in the Chill-Out Bar who "went the extra mile". There was plenty of choice at mealtimes although occasionally some of the food could have been hotter. The Chill-Out Bar had live entertainment 4 evenings a week & the singers were surprisingly good, comfortable chairs as well as bar stools. Outside the bar is a large sun terrace overlooking the sea with plenty of sunbeds/parasols & a small infinity pool. The pool at the rear of the hotel is much larger & has even more sunbeds, its' own bar & toilets. It is a short walk to the promenade, bars, restaurants etc. The nearest beach is further. There were a few negatives. No toilets in reception (you had to go to the Chill-Out Bar on the first floor which is not ideal when checking-in after a long transfer from the airport). No toilets in the restaurant (once again Chill-Out Bar although they're both on the same floor). No grabrail in the shower & the floor was very slippery when wet, would recommend taking a shower mat. Would recommend booking private transfers as coaches are not allowed down the side streets. It is around 300 metres from the drop-off/pick-up point (Jet2 brochure doesn't mention this) & if like me you require a walking stick, it is difficult with suitcase & hand luggage as well, especially as there are trees in the middle of the pavement. However, this quiet, adult only hotel is a lovely place to stay & we have already re-booked. We return at the end of April, for another 2 weeks, to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
