Hotel Palia Puerto del Sol 3 Sup

Comme dans tous les hôtels il a ses points forts (son cadre, sa vue, ses piscines pour que chacun y trouve son envie ainsi que ses chambres spacieuses et propres). et ses points à prendre en considération (la présence de nombreux escaliers et l’eau traitée salée dans les chambres : faits annoncés dans le descriptif de l’agence de voyage). Mais il a son atout de qualité : son équipe d’animation. Elle a sa petite touche propre à elle pour faire se rencontrer les vacanciers pour que les vacances soient joyeuses et festives. Nous repartons ma fille et moi satisfaites par ce séjour (du 16 au 23/7/25) et repartons, grâce à elle, avec des liens tissés avec des vacanciers qui à coup sûr deviendront des amis. Nous parlons tous de nous y retrouver l’année prochaine. Villes d’origine (Strasbourg et Metz)

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Palia Puerto del Sol à Cala d'Or ! L'hôtel offre un cadre idéal . les animations proposées tout au long de la journée étaient variées et juste ce qu'il fallait, sans jamais devenir envahissantes. Un point fort que je tiens absolument à souligner est le bar rooftop. La vue sur le port de Cala d’Or y est absolument exceptionnelle. Le seul petit bémol de notre séjour concerne le petit-déjeuner le jour de notre départ. Nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel vers 5h du matin et le restaurant n'était pas encore ouvert pour le petit-déjeuner. C'est un point qui pourrait être amélioré pour les départs matinaux. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel .

The hotel is lovely and clean and the food is good, the majority of the guests are French who were all really nice to me and my English family. The animation team offer excellent daytime entertainment for adults and kids whilst in the evening you can sit up in the bar and look over the nightlife at the marina. Special mention to Mathias in the animation team, he was a polite, funny and attentive young man with excellent language skills. He is a credit to his parents and I sincerely hope his parents read this. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for a lovely family holiday.

Our third time here at Palia Puerto Del Sol. I feel this hotel is in the perfect spot of Cala Dor, with an amazing view of the harbour. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond with short notice . They sent staff out to buy a birthday cake and candles for my friend. (Within 30 minutes) The Jumbo team are all great characters, especially Mathias and Tileo, who made my friends birthday that extra special. These guys have the best vibe. They interact so well with all the guests and have time for everyone. We appreciate all the staff that catered for our needs. Thank you guys!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 10 jours au Palia Puerto del Sol avec ma femme et mon fils. Malgré un début un peu compliqué – dès la première nuit, nous avons constaté des problèmes d'humidité, un siphon de lavabo bouché et une porte de véranda qui ne fermait pas – tout s'est rapidement arrangé. Dès le lendemain matin, nous avons signalé ces soucis à la réception, et dans l’heure qui a suivi, on nous a proposé un changement de chambre. Résultat : une chambre plus grande, plus confortable, et des vacances qui ont réellement pu commencer dans les meilleures conditions. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines adaptées aussi bien aux petits qu’aux grands, et l’ambiance y est très agréable. Mention spéciale à l’équipe d’animation francophone, vraiment au top : toujours souriante, disponible et dynamique, elle fait tout pour que vous passiez de bons moments. Un grand bravo également à l’équipe du mini club, formidable avec les enfants ! Chaque jour, des activités variées et adaptées sont proposées, ce qui permet aux plus jeunes de bien s’amuser pendant que les parents profitent d’un vrai moment de détente. En résumé, malgré un démarrage un peu difficile, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille réussies !

My Husband and myself arrived in the early hours of the morning. The Gentleman at reception checked us in and explained where our room was. There were a lot of steps to navigate with all of our luggage and lots of steps throughout the complex, not ideal if you have mobility issues or babies in pushchairs. Our room seemed ok, however there were lots of hairs in the bathroom. The air conditioning was not good at all and I subsequently slept on the balcony to keep cool. Which resulted in numerous ant bites. We went to Reception to complain and were tole the would send out an engineer that day. When we returned to the room after spending time at the pool the air conditiong seemed a little better. We decided to stay. However the following day no air conditioning again and there developed a really bad sewage smell which was awful it made me gag. We went to reception again and the young dark haired receptionist who we had previously complained to was absolutely brillaint, cannot praise her enough. She upgraded our room to a beautiful apartment overlooking the Marina. This room was large clean and had air conditioning. Hotel is in a prime position next to the Marina with bars and restaurants close by which we used daily as drinks and food were not he best and as a break from pool which gets a bit rowdy. Overall the all inclusive food is average. Property on the whole quite dated. Pool area is not the cleanest and the guests seemed to just leave there glasses, plates and ashtrays everywhere. Reception helped us with taxis etc. On reflection I wouldn't stay here again.
