Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.

It’s a little bit old one and included so I have some meals the meals are good and do the hotels in normal location in Resort parking lot but in front of the building there are several social parking lot. You can park your cars in.

If you're looking for a cheap all inclusive holiday with excellent customer service, a pool, and an amazing kids club you won't be disappointed! We booked 5 days all inclusive for 3 adults and 1 child My parents and my son are fussy eaters but they found something to eat everyday we were there We were near the beach which was great but other than the train/bus tour ride there wasn't a lot for my 9 year old to do nearby. The kids club (mini club) provided by the hotel was excellent and my son really enjoyed spending 2 hours there but it's only on selected days. We visited 8-13 April 2025 and the outdoor pool was very cold but isn't a lot worse than a lot of UK leisure centre swimming pools. You may hear a bit of noise from drunk guests or locals but my son is a light sleeper and slept through everything. The hotel is huge and a bit of a maze! The gentleman who greeted us was helpful in marking out areas on the paper map when we arrived but being shown to our rooms would have reduced stress levels a lot. We were very happy overall and would definitely recommend the place and the amazing hard working staff who are excellent

I am here now. It’s true it’s a very basic hotel regarding the rooms etc but they are comfortable and clean! Bed nice and comfy! 9 of us came, 5 adults, 2 x 15 year olds and a 2 and 6 year old. We were in rooms 201,203 and 205 and first night here they had karaoke and the walls were vibrating in 201 til late, I could hear it very clearly in the other rooms but we took ear plus thank god and worked a treat! So if you want quiet at night don’t go in any of these rooms! I was told when it’s this time of year they do tend to have the entertainment in that part of hotel but warmer season is downstairs so might be ok in those rooms then! Also my daughters room (203) absolutely reeked of stale smoke so I’m assuming a previous occupant was smoking in there which is unfortunate, no fault on the management they can’t see what people are doing behind closed doors! So made sure doors were left open to get the air in and sprayed some air freshener. Obviously it’s quiet this time of year so no issue with getting sun beds. Food is great, something for everyone. The snack bar is your usual burgers, nuggets, fries, etc. Staff are absolutely great, friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle and more pillows and had these in my room within half hour. Would we come back? Yes we would! This hotel is in a lovely area with the most beautiful beach on the doorstep and lots of shops and restaurants within a 5/10 min walk, some closed due to time of year but were told alot more opening today. We are all happy and wished we booked longer than 5 days!

Well where do I start. Good points. Comfortable bed. That’s it. Bad points. The trip cost over £1000. That’s ok if you like the hotel and everything is fine. I was put into a room that to was below standard. The shower was appalling. Mounted on the scruffy shower cubicle ceiling. It was green from deoxidisation. The water only came out of one side. No soap holder so had to put body wash on the floor. Toilet bowl was filthy. Green gunge under the seat which I left up for the cleaners to clean which they didn’t clean. The room was a mess. Awful cupboard to put your clothes in. Just left mine in the case. Bedside tables were round tin things that you would maybe put a plant on there or something. I’m sorry I didn’t photograph anything. I was going to but because I decided to upgrade to a sea view. It slipped my mind. I think the room I had was used to house people that work there. Moving out to the front of the so called apartment. There were horrible louver windows painted in black. Just full of dust. The second apartment was a bit better because of the view. A bit more tidy inside and looked that you could live in there for the duration. The bath was a mess. The plug hole was disgraceful. One of the pools didn’t open till 10 AM. If you want a drink you had to pay one euro for a plastic pot. It was refundable but should not have to pay. Pool bar only took cash. Let’s get onto the food. Absolutely below standard. There is just to much wrong with it for me to list or complain about. I would be here all day. Apparently you had to pay 4 euros for water from a fountain. If I am doing a review and there are good things to say about the hotel I would. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel as bad as this. The inclusive flight was only £170 so nearly a £1000 for this hotel. All inclusive was actually cheaper than half board. Be warned. If you go to this hotel you will regret spending your hard earned money. Jeremy. England.

When we first arrived at the hotel it was 2am, once all checked in we were given clear directions to our room. However, when we first saw the room we were in shock. My 17 year old daughter had to sleep on bunk beds meaning she kept banging her head and would fall through the gap as they are not against the wall. The bunk beds was tiny and not suitable for a 17 year old. We were disappointed that we had a kettle but no fridge to put milk in so was pointless having a kettle. Once we had seen the room in daylight and put some organisation to it, it wasn’t too bad but still unhappy with the bed situation. The buffet area was always kept spotless and staff were excellent, the food was what you’d expect for a 3 star hotel, it was nice but became very repetitive mainly containing fish and pork. Breakfast was the same every morning but a nice variety of desserts. The entertainment team cannot be faulted especially Juan and Sofia. They really made the holiday and always said hi to my family whenever we saw them. They definitely did the best with what the had to work with. Evening entertainment was good. The pool area was spotless and I really enjoyed the €1 deposit on a cup meaning that no one left cups around. The pool area didn’t open until 10am so no sun beds could be claimed which was a positive. There were plenty of sun beds, not so much the space for them but people made it work. We had to check out of our room at 11am but wasn’t getting picked up until 7.30pm so they gave us a space to store our luggage and the opportunity to pay €40 to keep the room. However, they supply towels and a shower room for anyone that requires so we didn’t bother paying extra for the room. The hotel was right on the beach and had an underpass leading straight to it. Pool floats and balls are not allowed in any of the pools but the beach was perfect for them. Overall we can’t fault the hotel for what we paid and the star rating.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was an amazing time there. The entertainment at the pool was amazing and I enjoyed it a lot especially the staff (David and Robin). The aqua in the pool is a great experience and I have memorised the dance that’s how much I had fun.
