The hotel was okay, when we arrived there was bugs in my bed so we had to move rooms. After we were moved there were more cockroaches that kept appearing in the room. Therefore cleanliness was the issue of the hotel, also the entertainment team didn’t speak very good English the entertainment is all in French so just a heads up to that. Although they were still very friendly and the shows they put on were really good!

This hotel is not for English families or couples The reception is French speaking along with most of the staff which makes it really hard to communicate with anyone, that being said the hotel is ok for a 3 star the room was ok clean and tidy with fresh towels every day it was situated at the back by the tennis courts so nice and quiet Food was ok too, you could find something to eat The best thing about the hotel is the animation team, they were brilliant they worked so hard and communicated with us very well the shows they put on are well with a watch, Tata, Coco and Marie made us feel really welcome and tried there best to make are holiday Would of given more stars but like I said this hotel is French

Very disappointed - would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The first thing we saw when entering the room was a cockroach. Ants were everywhere, even crawling into the bed. The room, terrace, and the entire hotel area were dirty, including the dishes. Staff was unfriendly and there was clear discrimination - if you're not French, the animators and staff mostly ignore you and barely speak English. Tables in the dining area get taken by others the moment you leave to take more food. The all-inclusive drinks selection was very poor. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and would never come back.

for a holiday chilled out this was great. however we booked this unaware that the hotel is really aimed at french people and if you aren’t french, the entertainment in the evenings will not be for you as it is all in french

I had a really nice week, especially because the entertainer, Valentin, created a really good atmosphere, and I could tell he does his work with passion and love and made us always feel welcomed. It was simply wonderful to experience and i recommend it.

Lovely room best have ever stayed in in Majorca as usually find rooms small even in four star hotel. Food very good particularly the desserts and ate far too much as food available all day Good choice and service at the bar Didn’t join in entertainment as not our thing there is plenty going on Laid back atmosphere and no need to dress up Really enjoyed our stay
