這個酒店很差很糟糕，看到的人避雷吧。 一開始給我們分到了一個房間在一樓，給的大床房，一進去裏面很多大螞蟻主要集中在沙發椅，空調無法啟動，房間很臟，我打電話給前台，叫他們幫我換個沙發椅，他們説會過來，但是我們等了20+分鐘也沒來。 我當時查看了一下我在攜程的訂單，發現我定的是雙床，我立刻聯繫攜程，攜程和我説他們聯繫一下酒店前台確認情況，過了一會兒，攜程告訴我酒店前台沒有接聽他們的電話，於是我人跑去前台和他們聯繫。 我告訴前台：1. 空調無法啟動 2. 房間有蟲 3. 我訂的是雙床房但是給了我大床房 前台告訴我：1. 因為還沒有很熱，所以空調就是無法制冷的，整棟樓都這樣。我説當時20+度不可能吧，前台態度強硬，就一直重複用不了冷氣。 2. 這個螞蟻是很常見的，他們可以安排人去殺蟲 3. 他們沒有收到訂單是雙床，但是如果我們需要他們可以叫保潔去把床分開 我説你們房間有問題，能不能幫我換個房間，前台説這個房型已經滿房，要升級我們要自己掏錢。我説為什麼需要我自己掏錢，是你們的房間有問題，前台叫我等下他去和老闆商量一下。 過了一會兒從辦公室出來，告訴我：1. 空調是可以開的，衹是我那個房間的壞了，他們可以派維修的師傅去看一下 2. 叫人去房間殺蟲 3. 不能換房間，衹能自費升級。 最後攜程幫我付了這個升級房型的錢讓我換房間了。 另外： 1. 停車困難要停到很遠的地方 2. 自助很難吃 3. 就算換了房間，房間的衞生還是很糟糕，床品有點問題不知道是不是床蝨反正過敏了。 反正我算是被西班牙人的服務態度和服務意識震撼到了。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Year after year, Barceló Ponent Beach never disappoints! We’ve been coming to Barceló Ponent Beach for many, many years now – and honestly, it just keeps getting better. It’s one of those rare places that immediately puts you at ease. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed like family, and everything about the experience – the location, the food, the atmosphere, and above all the people – is what makes it so special. Let’s start with the location: it’s absolutely stunning. Nestled right on a gorgeous little cove with turquoise waters, soft sand, and gentle waves, it’s perfect for families with young children or anyone looking to soak up the sunshine in a peaceful setting. And if you fancy a little buzz, Cala D’Or is just a short 10-minute walk away, full of brilliant restaurants, bars, shops, and charm. The hotel itself is immaculately kept. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job – our room was always spotless, fresh, and welcoming, with clean towels and beds made to perfection. The whole hotel – from the pool areas to the communal spaces – is looked after with real care. The rooms are bright, airy, and comfortable, with lovely views depending on where you’re placed. The beds are SO comfy i have the best nights sleep when Im there. We especially love the sea-facing ones. Waking up to the sound of waves and that Mediterranean light is something we never tire of. The food has also really impressed us. Every meal is full of variety and flavour – from fresh salads and grilled meats to local specialities and international favourites. The breakfast spread is brilliant (we’re still dreaming about the pastries and fresh fruit), and the themed evenings in the buffet restaurant are a fun touch. There’s something for every taste and dietary need, and everything is presented beautifully. And now, the heart of the hotel....... the staff. Natalia, the manager, is absolutely outstanding. Professional, kind, and full of positive energy – she’s a real credit to the Barceló brand. Jose in the Bolero Bar is a total star – his energy, humour, and cocktail-making skills make every evening feel like a celebration. Abraham and Diego are an absolute joy – working hard all day serving drinks with a smile, always friendly and helpful. Ali lights up the place with his constant smile and warm energy. Eva and Ingrid on reception are as lovely and helpful as ever – nothing is ever too much trouble, and they make check-in and queries so easy. Every single staff member we’ve encountered, from the bar team to the kitchen staff, maintenance to entertainment, genuinely seems to care. That makes such a difference and is the main reason we keep coming back. Yes, it can get a little busy during peak times (especially in the buffet restaurant), and the lifts can be a bit slow now and then but these are minor things that never affect the quality of the stay if you approach it with the relaxed holiday mindset. In short: Barceló Ponent Beach is a gem. A

Just come back from the best few days at this amazing hotel! The staff from check in through to check out were lovely and attentive and always on the ball! The hotel itself is very clean and there’s lots to do in and around the hotel to keep busy! We found the food buffet options were always plentiful and fresh and super yummy. I think we picked relatively good times to eat as we never felt that it was too busy! We just did all inclusive and the drinks on the menu were great with lots of options! The pool by the beach is lovely and in the sun during the morning and we never struggled for a sunbed, it’s only a few steps to the beach despite someone saying it was a really long walk. Not sure what detour they may have taken because it’s about 8 steps! The beach itself is lovely and you can hire pedal boats and paddleboards, not sure how much these cost as we didn’t actually hire them but saw lots of people had! The family pool at the front of the hotel is equally as lovely and the animation team offer lots of activities for everyone morning and afternoon! Ema and Alicia and the two guys work very hard all day and do a fantastic job at keeping the atmosphere and energy up all the time! We also heard them offer lots of kids club option and the whole team were very warm and lovely! This pool bar does frozen cocktails the mango daiquiris were very good! There’s also a snack bar if you didn’t want to head to the main hotel for lunch! The entertainment in the evening is always good fun and Killer Queen tribute band were the best we’d seen! It’s roughly a 15 minute very easy walk to the main centre where the options for food and drink are endless! We are at La papa and Gusto and they were both very good! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and will definitely return!

Will start by saying the views... OH MY GOD, wow, what a fantastic view from your sunlounger of the sea/beach. Check in... nice fast check in, we asked for a high room, over looking the pool, 7th floor, smack bang over the pool, thank you very much, that'll do. The room, huge bed, plenty of wardrobe space, plenty of hangers, free save, big powerful hot showers. We quickly unpacked and went down for food, we were all inclusive so never expected much from it to be honest, but plenty of choice, hot, fresh salad, amstel beer, fizzy pop and juice, wine. Was pleasantly surprised. After that we went to the bar for a few drinks, karaoke was on, the bar area was like being in a actual pub, not a hotel, pool table, games to play, sport on the tvs around the room. Entertainment is outside, blankets are provided if it drops cold. The karaoke was good, ( not sure the singers were tho) and the drinks are branded...malibu, amstel, gins, Hotel location, we were very happy with it, at the end of a street with lots of shops/restuarants, literally over the road from the hotel is a big spar shop. The main centre is about 10/15 min walk away. But plenty around the hotel. The hotel has 2 pools, daily daytime entertainment, beach at the rear. Snack bar, pool bars. If i was to be picky and have a fault, its that the family pool should have music playing alot more than it does, and to put better music on, it was a little morbid smand repetitive, but thats just a opinion, not a gripe. Will 100% stay here again. Actually looking at coming again in sept

Staff welcome and friendly, good entertainment, good variety of food, nice bars, good service, rooms were basic but clean, free safe which was a bonus, however the toilet didn’t flush properly, we did report it, toilets were fine all over the hotel was just the room we stayed in, & room could do with a full length mirror, over all was a lovely stay

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect - right by the most gorgeous beach cove and loads of places to explore around. The food was average, tasted nice but not a lot of variety. Drinks were excellent. The room was standard, no issues and the bed was huge. Would recommend getting a sea view room. Never struggled to get a sunbed by either pool as no one reserves them which was great not to worry about. Found all the staff were lovely and happy to help - special shout out to Chris who made us feel so welcome and was so friendly. He’s a credit to Barceló Ponent Beach!
