Bluesea Cala Millor

The hotel is located very close to everything. Its clean and the room we stayed in was fine. The food was not the best but you are close to restaurants so we just ate out. I would come back to the resort but probably stay somewhere else.

Have not long returned from 2 days at this resort. Thank god I only went for 2 days, the pictures of the rooms is not what we recieved in the slightest 3 people rammed into a room that you can't swing a cat in. Was like staying in a hostel for 2 days. The lift was broke the whole time we was there. It isn't expressed clear enough that there's more then 1 hotels and that there's 4. We was in number 2 which you have to walk round to the pool and not get out to threw the hotel and then to get drinks or food go back to the main hotel. We had the cleaner in one day she just re made the beds there was not clean sheets put on and I no this because there was a mark on one of the bed sheets and it was still there when they'd been in. Old and dated rooms, we had a bath in our bathroom with was surround by discoloured grimey sealant the lacquer on the toilet had come of and looked dirty, didn't scream clean to me. Food wasn't amazing I had chips every day, breakfast was cold bread was stale. We did speak to the desk about our concerns and it was basically get on with it. Ok you get what you pay for but this wasn't a 100 quid holiday in the slightest. I expected better by the description and the pictures. I wouldn't return and wouldnt recommend it to anyone either. Only thing id say is that it's in a good location. Also beds are very limited round the pool, you do have to give a euro for a cup but then get then euro back at then which I also find bizarre. Staff on reception are rude and not welcoming same as the bar staff, the restraunt was more smiley but id of expected more. Again it wasn't that the holiday got us 100 pound because we'd of got on with it was alot more then that. Very disappointing.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days. It was a cheap getaway, just to relax. The location is perfect, a few steps away from the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The hotel is cheap and cheerful. The main pool gets very loud and busy, however there's a 2nd pool over in block 2 which is lovely and peaceful, although you do get a lot of road noise. We had a room in block 1 which after talking to other guests and reading reviews seemed to be the better block of the 4. I did email the hotel before we arrived to ask for block 1 and was very pleased I did. Heard a lot from other guests of noise in the early hours, youngsters screaming, slamming doors etc in block 2 in particular. The food was good, very basic but were not fussy so always had a good meal. All in all you get what you pay for. We had a good time but we wouldn't return

Wartezeiten Bei den All inclusive angeboten der Getränke in der Bär und am Pool gibt es nur Plastikbecher Sehr hellhörige Zimmer man konnte seine Zimmernachbarn reden hören. Keine Erklärung zum Hotel beim Checkin. Dreckig, alt, laut und stinkend, viel Schimmel, Badezimmer nicht gereinigt, Handtücher schmutzig und voller Haare,------einfach ekelhaft Nettes Personal aber keine Erklärung beim Checkin (Essenszeiten, wo man Getränke bekommt etc)Aber Vorsicht !!!!! Gestern Abend, als wir abreisen mussten, fragten wir, ob wir ein paar Sandwiches mitnehmen könnten weil wir Mitte in der Nacht gehen mussten und unsere Frühstück bezahlt war ..... Eine alte Frau, eine Hexe von der Rezeption,die Anna ..die Namenschild, sagte: Nein, denn wir müssen dort essen, sagte sie. Wie kann man um 1.30 Uhr nachts essen ???? Dann beschimpfte sie uns auf Spanisch ..zum Glück versteht meine Tochter die Sprache .wie darf so eine Person dort arbeiten?????Sie als Mitarbeiterin sollte freundlich sein , nicht die Gäste beleidigen. Nie wieder dort ..... Gut ist ,man hat die Promenade und der Strand ist nicht weit ansonst nix und nie zu empfehlen

For a 3 star hotel, you'd expect cheap and cheerful and it was, but this was a really nice getaway too! It's in a great location, next to shops and a couple of minutes from the beach. Our room was lovely, comfy beds and lovely bathroom, although small, it had everything we needed. The water pressure was amazing and the cleaners were great. Just a shame there wasn't a fridge in the room and the air con wasn't that great. The food was okay- not a variety as such and definitely could be more for dairy free/gluten free sufferers. Breakfast was lovely. Some of the meat options were hit and miss. You also need a euro for a reusable cup, you do get this back at the end when you return the cup. The layout of the hotel is different- the buildings are separated out over the road. Although there are 2 pools, they are small and there isn't enough loungers and parasols. There needs to be a bigger pool area with more loungers. You'll find they get taken very quickly! There also isn't a suitcase room, you have to pay to store it in a locker which is ridiculous so worth keeping your case with you by the pool.
