Hotel Agua del Desierto ★★★

"Overall, it's not bad, but the room lighting is extremely dim, so dim that it's only suitable for sleeping, not for comfortable rest or reading... There are very few power outlets, is it less than a three-star hotel standard? A four-star hotel standard?"

Ibis Budget Calama ★★

Geotel Calama ★★★

Hotel Diego de Almagro Calama ★★★

Park Hotel Calama ★★★

"Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!"

Hotel Diego de Almagro Calama Express ★★★

Ibis Calama ★★★

"To begin with, I was very embarrassed at the reception (the staff were completely unprepared) because they wanted to charge me an amount that didn't exist. I had already paid part of it with points, and even when I showed them my account statement, they acted like they didn't understand and wanted me to pay an exorbitant amount. I said I wouldn't pay, and they called a manager, and then a general manager, I believe. Even after showing the paid invoice (only 7,647.02 Chilean pesos remaining), they wanted to charge me $42 to settle the matter at the hotel. In the end, they deducted another 2,000 points from my ALL account (40 euros) and said everything was settled. I only noticed the discount later, after an hour trying to resolve the issue. When I entered the room, the air conditioning didn't work, nor did the TV. The worst experience possible. I'll wait until I return to Brazil and make a complaint directly to the ALL network. If they don't refund my points, I'll file a lawsuit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
