"Good stay at HM. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and hot springs in the area and the pool is nice too. Only qualm was that the Wi-Fi didn’t really work in our rooms on the 3rd floor. Other than that, we would recommend."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever had. I couldn’t sleep a wink as I could hear huge rats pacing back and forth on the ceiling. Their footsteps and cries were terrifying as I could imagine how big they were already. Also, my room was just beside the reception and it gets so loud that you could hear everything inside the room. The room was so small yet so expensive, hot shower wasn’t even working. Wifi was a joke -it gets disconnected on and off and no LTE signal can get through inside the hotel. Just terrible."

"The owner is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful! They sent all the details I needed days before check-in and even delivered mineral water. The place is spotless, very comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need, from complete kitchen utensils to toiletries and body wash. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"The hotel location is great, so peaceful and quiet. The food is ok. Staff are accommodating and friendly. There are few hotel guests, so the hotel is so quiet and almost our son is the only noisy kid at the time. There are 2 swimming pools, the large one is the regular, while the small one which is inside the hotel building is hot spring. The hotel is a bit old with small renovations. There are still covid-19 protocols posted on walls."

"We enjoyed our stay. However, I almost got an accident due to slippery floor at cabana king when it got wet due to the mat beneath the door. Also, the breakfast menu was not good. The salisbury meat was too salty. The chicken served were just the same with what we ordered the day before. The taho tasted burnt."

"The room in the picture that I booked was not the one they gave us. The small TV wasn't working, a glass missing on the window, making it not cold from the old AC. The front desk lady was kind enough to offer a room upgrade but I had to give all my cash because they wouldn't take a card for the difference in room rate. Don't be fooled by parking, no place to eat breakfast, just like what they advertise. The roads to get there are next to impossible to pass through. Both staff were nice (we saw only 2 people working) for accommodating us and our request. I just didn't get the chance to tip them because I gave them all my cash for the room upgrade. The room they moved us to was okay, but the toilet floor was wet from a leaking pipe (or toilet?). There's still a lot of room for improvement in this place, they can keep their staff. Gles was very nice and apologetic, she did everything she could to accommodate our request. It wasn't their fault why Dreamwave is getting a bad review. It's the place, not the staff."

"We stayed two nights at this resort and liked it very much. The pool is really huge and in a nice, green garden. Breakfast is simple, but o.k. Food selection for dinner is limited, but it's just nice that it is there. There are other shops and food places in the area, incl. a food court and a supermarked up at the main road. We used Grap from and back to Manila, which was very simple. If you want a cheaper option, there's also different busses. Nice and quiet place with a nice staff. We enjoyed our stay very much."
