The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their demands to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

I recently stayed at your property from Bloom Suites Calangute, and I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with your front office staff, including a senior member of the team. During my stay, I observed and experienced a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the front desk personnel. They were unwelcoming, dismissive, and at times outright rude when approached for assistance. What was more disappointing was that even a senior staff member displayed the same lack of courtesy, choosing not to engage respectfully or make any effort to ensure guest comfort. I believe that guest interactions—especially from senior staff—set the tone for a hotel’s service standards. Unfortunately, this behavior left a negative impression on what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. Please investigate this matter and ensure that your team receives better training and supervision, so that future guests receive the respectful and helpful service expected from a reputable establishment.

L’hotel a une très bonne localisation, proche des plages et est situé sur la route principale pour aller dans différentes villes de Goa. Le staff est très gentil et est disponible. Le nourriture est vraiment bonne! Cette hôtel est vraiment idéale pour se reposer seule ou accompagnée. Ils ont un bar avec de la musique, une salle de sport et une piscine, tout pour profiter. La chambre est spacieuse et propre !!

Food is excellent. Rooms were clean . MR. RAJ is very kind and very cooperative. Ayan, Suraj, Samir, Sohail and team were very helpful and good service rendered , tks to the team, very highness , Salim makes sure our room is cleaned well. Buffet break

First of all they gave us a room has no A/C working in the room then when my wife called front office to complaint about it there was a guy who works at front desk in the afternoon reply to her in a rude way and told us to wait for half 15 minutes for A/C to get cool down we have waited 30 minutes and still ac was not cooling and we complained again regarding this issue then they have send a maintenance guy and maintenance guy would not be able to fix that issue then they offer us to move into another room so again inconveniently we have pack our stuff and move to another room and look what we have seen lampshade with dark mold on it even on a yellow pillow they gave us and when we told them about it they have been finding an excuse that it’s normal nothing will happen to you then i got surprised that they don’t even know about Customers health priorities and they play with customer health so then we went to front desk right away and demand us a refund and let us go then according to them they will upgrade us a room and look what they gave us i know it’s a big room but has no safety at all balcony door is not closing so we have to keep it open all the time so there is no safety or privacy plus bathroom door has won’t get lock and they have a bathtub look where they put shower curtain 6 inches far from bathtub so water comes from Shower goes here and there and every time we call the office for any issue or anything their attitude is always bad there was no professionalism.
