I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience regarding my booking from 6th May to 10th May. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that complimentary pick-up and drop-off services were included. However, at the last moment, the staff refused to provide the pick-up, citing that prior notice of two days was required—something that was never communicated during booking. Similarly, during check-out, they again refused drop-off service, stating that it is only available from 8:00 AM onward. My flight was scheduled for 10:15 AM, and I requested the drop-off for 7:00 AM, but they declined. Furthermore, they refused to provide the driver's contact number, making it impossible to make any personal arrangements. This is not just poor service, but also misleading and unprofessional conduct. If the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are not truly available or are conditional, they should not be advertised at the time of booking. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and seemed deliberately evasive. I sincerely hope the owner looks into this matter seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment.
