I swear it is one of the best 4* star at calangute just 2 mins walkable to beach tasty food nice ambience spa is in house for a good body relaxing staffs are too professional and soft spoken they gave us the best experience ever I had at any hotel I would definitely come back here

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately my experience was not so good. 1.The bed sheets and pillow covers looked unclean. 2. Cockroaches were roaming inside the room. 3. The washroom floor looks dirty , bath towels were not clean, stains were visible. 4. Our Room Lock was not in good condition, need to try 3-5 times to ensure that the door is locked. 5. Shower pressure was so low, only one light in the Washroom was flickering all the time and it took 24 hours to replace. 6. Breakfast – we had a very bad experience on the 1st day, breakfast was arranged on the pool side and walk in customers were allowed in big groups, which resulted shortage of food and long waiting, many had to leave without breakfast to get into the bus. I hope the hotel management take these comments positively and addresses these issues to improve their services.

While I was initially drawn to WS Resort and Spa Goa by its beautiful photos and promising amenities, my stay unfortunately fell short of expectations. The room cleaning was inconsistent, with dust and visible stains in some areas. The pool, which was a major selling point for me, was often overcrowded and unhygienic. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was slow and inattentive.

My stay at WS Resorts & Spa in Goa was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff at this hotel displayed a shocking level of irresponsibility and arrogance. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and basic amenities like bath towels, floor mats, and extra beds were not provided, despite repeated requests over a two-day period. The management's inability to address such fundamental issues speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, the rooms lacked even the most basic provisions, such as water bottles. The swimming pool, touted as a feature, was not only small but also far from clean, rendering it practically unusable. Adding insult to injury, the hotel charged extra amounts when settling the bill with a credit card, a deceptive practice that left a bitter taste in my mouth. My experience at WS Resorts & Spa was the epitome of a hospitality disaster, and I strongly discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to such an ordeal.

Worst experience ever. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the room lacked even the most basic toiletries. The absence of essentials like soap, water, and other basic necessities was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a supposedly reputable resort. Adding insult to injury, the staff's behavior was utterly disappointing. They don't even have extra beds to provide. Not only were there no toiletries, but the amenities promised were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. The television and air conditioning units were both malfunctioning. No room service facilities. We couldn't even reach to the Room service contact number provided by them. Don't go there.

Disgusted by this hotel management. Booked room through Agoda on arrival told they do not have my booking. First person tells me to cancel my Agoda booking and rebook on their website. After I refuse next person spends hour telling me that the hotel is not a FabHotel chain as advertised on Agoda so the haven't my booking. They then find my booking saying it's on a different Fabhotel portal. They show me to a tiny dirty single room, I booked a deluxe room, they don't say anything until I complain then tell me the hotel is now full as they only just found my booking. They expect me to stay here. Only plus point the FabHotel manager not from this hotel helped me find alternative room.

I Had a really wonderfull stay at Ws beach resort & spa staffs are decent, food is amazing they have in house spa that's also really convenient for in house guest...I tried there cocktails too which is really good overall I'll give 5/5 star to this resort I had an amazing stay here...

It's a best resort to stay walkable to beach, all the markets nearby, it's a resort with too many amenities like inhouse bar and restaurant, in house spa, all the staffs are too good always ready too help

Resort is excellent in every points like location is wonderful just 5 mins walkable to baga and calangute beaches , there restaurant is also eeally good nice cuisine, bartender makes an exceptional cocktail i really love this resort...
