La animación es estupenda, Angie es un amor, el hotel esta bien, la comida esta bien, poco variada pero buena. Las piscinas muy limpias, hay 4, las hamacas siempre hay disponibles, y el entorno es precioso!

I came here with my parents as a 15 year old who's been 3 other times and this time has definitely been my best. The events in the evening were brilliant, the staff at the bar are great. However, one thing that really stood out to us were the reps. All of them were really nice and would always try and involve you, especially Jordan, Mauri and Dani! I guarantee that my holiday wouldn't have been as good as it was without these. Thanks!

Avant de réserver, j’avais lu plusieurs commentaires parlant d’insectes et vu des photos qui m’avaient fait hésiter. Avec ma famille (nous étions 4), nous avons tout de même décidé de tenter l’expérience pour un séjour de 10 jours. Nous étions logés au 6ᵉ étage, et je pense que cela joue beaucoup : en hauteur, la présence d’insectes est bien moindre. Durant tout notre séjour, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème de ce côté-là. À l’inverse, des connaissances logées au 2ᵉ ou 3ᵉ étage ont effectivement eu des insectes dans leur chambre (principalement des papillons de nuit, donc rien de dramatique, mais assez pour les déranger). Concernant notre chambre, le ménage était fait tous les jours, ce qui est très appréciable. La propreté était au rendez-vous et nous étions à l’aise en famille. Pour la restauration, il faut garder en tête qu’il s’agit d’un 3 étoiles et non d’un 4 ou 5. Les repas sont corrects, mais assez répétitifs : sur 10 jours, les menus finissent par lasser un peu. Le déjeuner et le dîner proposent un ou deux plats différents chaque jour, mais ils reviennent assez vite après quelques jours. En revanche, côté piscines et activités, rien à redire : les enfants se sont amusés comme des fous, et les adultes ont également eu un large choix d’activités, très bien organisées. Pour les boissons, l’hôtel donne un nombre de verres correspondant au nombre de personnes de la réservation, et il faut les garder tout au long du séjour. Personnellement, je demandais à en changer chaque jour (même si je les lavais moi-même et que le bar les rinçait avant chaque service). Cela n’a jamais posé de souci, le personnel les échangeait volontiers — c’était plus psychologique pour moi que par réel besoin. Nous avons aussi loué une voiture directement via la réception : tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. Idem pour le service de blanchisserie, vraiment pratique et efficace. Une petite boutique est également disponible à la réception, proposant des produits de première nécessité et quelques souvenirs. En résumé, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, sans aucun souci particulier. Si vous craignez la question des insectes comme moi au départ, je conseille de demander une chambre dans les étages élevés : notre expérience au 6ᵉ étage a été positive et rassurante.

Canarios Park is nice family hotel. Is situated in nice position. Children have a lot activities, two swimminpools. The swimming pool needs to clean properly every day. Bathrooms are very dirty. The rooms are not the top, the doors need to be change. Drinks you can use your glasses for the beginning until the end of your trip, very disappointing. Food breakfast and lunch okay improvements for dinner. Facilities okay, transfer every hour for the beach

We had a lovely time here the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The whole hotel was really clean pool area clean just lots of wasps which you will get anywhere. Its lovely for a week. Only cons was the food was more of the same but was nice for a week. And the fact there was no bar inside the hotel so have to go out by the pool to get a drink couldn't get a drink if was raining unless if you want to get wet! Also the entertainment was very cramped and right next to the pool with nothing stopping young kids falling into the deep end! You only have one cup each whole holiday which is a clever way to keep the place clean we had no issues with this they was always cleaned. The staff was fine apart from one in the food area I noticed tutting and shaking his head at a 2 year old dropping food like a normal kid would. Also its a 25 min walk to anything the beach is a long walk up a hill. We didn't get the hotel bus as was only few seats and we went as a family of 8. Always a long que. And the local bus was always full and a hour to wait for the next. All in all I would say it was lovely for a weeks holiday if you want to just stay round the pool with the kids. Worth 3 stars 🌟

I am a single mum with 4 & 5 year old girls and massively nervous to go away on my own with them. My moto going was ‘happy, safe & fun’ and this is exactly what we got. I couldn’t have asked for more from the entertainment team, the staff around the hotel & facilities. My girls have had the best time & I would recommend it to any family going away. They woke up every morning begging to go to kids club, the entertainment was a great threat whenever they were listening to me 🫣 & the pool & slash pool was fab. We had 3 meals a day in the hotel, endless ice creams, slushes & drinks. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us have a great week away ♥️
