HSM Calas Park

Wir, als Familie, waren Mitte Mai 2025 dort. Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer: Sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Reinigung täglich und wechsel der Handtücher, auf Wunsch, ebenfalls täglich. Einziges Manko, der Küchenbereich im Zimmer ist nicht nutzbar. Kein Glas, Besteck, Töpfe oder ähnliches vorhanden. Ein Wasserkocher ist für eine Kaution von 10€ erhältlich. Hier würde ich mir weitere Optionen z.B.eine kleine Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches wünschen um den Küchenbereich nutzbarer zu machen. Keine Pool- oder Standhandtücher. Essen und Getränke: Für Fleischesser gibt es ,täglich wechselnde, sehr leckere Gerichte, die mit ebenfalls täglich wechselnden Beilagen, sehr gut schmecken. Paella sehr zu empfehlen. Für Vegetarier oder gar Veganer gibt es auch immer eine kleine Auswahl, aber im Vergleich zum Fleischhaltigen Essen, eher überschaubar. Essen ist mit kurzen Unterbrechungen von 8-24Uhr immer zugänglich. Getränke, außer Cocktails aus dem Automaten, sind super. Leckeres Bier und gute Spirituosen bilden eine gute Grundlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Becherreglung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber mit etwas Organisation zu handeln. Wirkung und Außenbereich: Dieses Hotel ist eher kleiner und in kleine Häuser aufgeteilt, kein Riesiger Klozt wie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schön anzusehen und passt gut in die Landschaft. Der Nachteil, wenn es einer ist, sind die vielen Stufen und längere Wege zum Ziel. Zum Strand sind es, auch mit 5-jährigem Kind, ca.5 Minuten an einer Wunderschönen Promenade entlang. Pool sauber und immer freie Liegen. Sehr schöner Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Animation ist gut und absolut nicht aufdringlich oder nervend, wer keine Lust hat kann entspannt weiter in der Sonne liegen bleiben. Für Kinder ist immer etwas im Angebot. Kurzum, für den Preis ein sehr gutes Hotel.

We stayed in the last week of May 2025. We have two children aged 1 and 5. This is a 'fine' 3 star hotel. The food choice and quality was fine and our two children always found something to eat. I particularly enjoyed a lot of the salad/veggie food. The all inclusive drinks were fine, we enjoyed some pretty nice cocktails from the bar but don't expect garnish and umbrellas in them, ha ha! The pool area was pleasant and friendly and we always got a bed regardless of the time of day. Our two children loved the pool but do keep an eye on inexperienced swimmers as the water is very cold and can be a little too much for young children at times. Our room was fine (room 117, a good one for kids, near the pool and just far enough from the bar so they aren't kept awake at night). There were a few things in our room that were a bit grim (filthy curtain and loose wiring in overhead vent), AND, the misfitting showerhead drove me mad! The kids club (11-3 everyday except Sunday) and staff were great, really fun and hard working, as were the restaurant staff. The evening entertainment (kids mini disco 8:30pm everyday) is complete and utter cheese on toast, I think its better if you just embrace the 'so bad, it's good! vibes! We won at bingo, I've never felt so alive... Overall, a stay and hotel that both our children will remember as amazing but as parents we think that some inexpensive room renovations and simple hotel upgrades would go a long, long way to repeat custom and better ratings. I don't think we'll return to Calas De Majorca or this hotel but I don't leave with any bad memories or major gripes. The resort as a whole is a little tired but as a five year old and one year old, who cares, you're on holiday and you get to go swimming everyday!

The room was nice, clean and spacious, but there was lots of steps & no lift, the lights didn't work where our room was situated & the bannister going up to the room was broke and wobbled everytime you used it. You got a token for a cup that you kept all week, I didn't like this idea because you had to try and fit it in your bag and this is not very hygenic. The entertainment staff & bar staff were brilliant and very welcoming & made you feel comfortable. The food was poor and I had a bad stomach for 3 days, I had to go to the chemist to buy some medication as the tablets I had were not working. There was alot of other people poorly while I was there. Its ashame because the location of the hotel was good, there were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just across from the hotel. The pool area was always kept clean and tidy.

I was worried about coming here after reading the most recent reviews. However the hotel is a good standard 3 star. The rooms are clean and fresh, the beds and pillows are really comfy. The pool area is clean with fantastic sea views. The food is what you would expect in a 3 star. Hot Breakfast is served til 12 - we’ve never had this before - even in 4 star hotels. The restaurant is open almost all day. We have always found something tasty to eat. The restaurant is never too busy. The drinks are good. The staff work exceptionally hard and are friendly and kind. The safe in the room was free - again we have always been charged in other hotels. This is a good hotel and we would recommend!

Hotel z niesamowitym widokiem... swietnie usytuowany. Miasteczko troche wymarle, za to widoki rekompensuja wszystko. Niedaleko jest ladna plaza do ktorej prowadzi urokliwa promenada wzdluz klifu. Pokoje sa odnowione, moze z pewnymi niedociagnieciami, za to sa przestronne I czyste...sa sprzatane codziennie. Jedzenie bylo raz lepsze, raz gorsze, nie ma wielkiego wyboru, ale na prawde nie bylo na co narzekac... kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie! Ogromnym plusem hotelu jest jego personel... panie sprzatajace, panie w recepcji, osoby pracujace w restauracji i barze....wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni! Szczegolne podziekowania dla grupy animatorow: Tomka,Marco, Nadii I Magdy ktorzy robia swietna robote organizujac rozne zajecia zeby urozmaicic nasz czas ( ale nie bedac nachalnymi... jesli nie masz ochoty uczestniczyc, nie stojae nad toba I nie namawiaja)... zawsze usmiechnieci, i pelni energii! Spedzilismy cudowny tydzien w hotelu HSM Calas Park... dziekujemy!

Visited end of April,the cons are,absolutely steps everywhere...no lifts and you do have to maul your suitcase to and from your room,,there are 74 steps out of the hotel or to the restaurant..there is however slopes at each side of the hotel,quite steep in places....steps to the beach.... The food was below average and cold...not much variety at all even on the breakfast,this was a disappointment,there is only one bar,by the pool,cocktails are from a machine,as are milkshakes,slush,coffee,tea and water and juice all self service...cardboard and plastic cups...all staff are great,very clean,lovely quiet hotel...beach is beautiful no pebbles,it is €7-50 for x2 beds and parasol per day,there is a bar on the beach,and martinellis beach bar overlooking the beach...lots of shops,mini shopping centre,bars,mini golf area behind the hotel... When we visited it was quite windy and very cold at night,which was expected...pool was too cold to swim,again expected in april.... Probably will not visit again,which is a shame,I'd recommend self catering definitely not worth all inc.
