HOTEL BON TERROR, EL TERROR EN CALELLA. ATENCION : TURISTA DE PASO NO ALOJARSE AQUI , NO COGER OFERTA DE BUSCAUNCHOLLO.COM HOTEL SUCIO, COMIDA INSALUBRE, NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS! ESPERO QUE SANIDAD LES HAGAN UNA INSPECCION. HE PASADO UNA PESADILLA EN VEZ DE UNOS DIAS DE DESCANSO.

Con diferencia es el peor hotel en el que hemos estado. La llegada fue caótica con un grupo de jubiladas sin educación quebnp respetaban la cola que había para hacer el check-in y que no hacían caso de las indicaciones de las chicas de recepción. Buen comienzo... Sobre el restaurante, tanto desayuno, como comida y cena... Justitos... Comida con poca variedad, en la segunda cena había pescado rebozado y estaba completamente crudo. Avisamos y retiraron la bandeja, pero al rato volvía a estar fuera, lo habían refrito. Postres que era muy difícil averiguar que eran... Natillas, crema catalana, flan?? No se sabe 🤷. Y un arroz con leche de aspecto horrible. ES UN HOTEL LLENO DE RUIDO! Las habitaciones son viejas y puedes escuchar perfectamente a los vecinos. La segunda (y por suerte la última) noche, eran las 2 de la mañana y un grupo de ¿rusos? que parece viven el la primera planta, estaban de chachara como si fuesen las 12 del medio día. Resultado: una noche pésima. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación enfriaba lo mismo que un mechero. Lo único bueno del hotel, es que los precios de bebidas están bastante bien.

“Hotel” en lamentables condiciones. Calificado con 3 estrellas cuando ni siquiera ofrece calidad para 1. Todo MUY SUCIO E INSALUBRE, deteriorado, mala gestión por parte del personal de recepción (no saben el horario del buffet del desayuno, nos mandan a un parking fuera del hotel donde se nos quedó el coche atrapado ya que más que un parking era un sótano y no se molestaron ni en especificar las características del aparcamiento ni en preguntar el tamaño del coche, para salir de allí tuvimos que forzar la puerta sufriendo un aplastamiento de los dedos de las manos). Hemos pasado una sola noche (sin mas remedio) y hemos cancelado la reserva. En el check out no se nos ofrece ninguna solución, ni siquiera nos agilizan la hoja de reclamaciones.

Las instalaciones no están nada mal, pero el personal deja mucho que desear. Los de seguridad unos bordes de mierda, poniendo pegas y hablando de malas maneras por entrar un coche al parking cuando el camping está prácticamente vacío. No va a haber próxima vez

What a dump. We didn’t expect the lap of luxury with a 3* hotel ( although in Italy 3* are usually basic but fabulous ) but this really is a dump. In fairness the rooms were as clean as they could be but you can’t polish turds. This ‘hotel’ is more like a hostel for groups of kids on football trips .. and I’m sure they love it. The pool is a good size. The food mass catered was very basic and most of it on the floor as packed in with groups of youngsters. But had I been staying for longer that 3 nights I would have had to move. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower actually dangerous as literally boiling hot intermittently. There was no drawer in the bed side cabinet. The walls must be cardboard as could hear every hacking cough, everyone pulling a case, and could smell the fag smoke from the people next door through the hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.. So this is not a hotel. It is a hostel. Spend a bit more and I also wouldn’t recommend Calella which has an old square but that’s it. Benidorm is positively posh in comparison. Plus the transport from the airport took 2 hours ..

I have visited this hotel many times, but this was my first trip in 5 years, and to be honest I will never book Bon Repos again. Not sure if it has new management, but the food was awful, I never struggle to eat abroad, but this time I did. Not just the food, but you could have soup ( if you dont mind it out of a plastic cup or coffee cup) must have to be first to dinner to get a bowl and spoon, same goes for cereal at breakfast. The noise in the hotel at night was terrible...first few days we had groups of football children on a trip keeping us awake, changed to two spanish ladies who chatted all night, then a gang of german men who wanted to party all night. So my sleep was little to none all holiday. Animation for children stops at sept 1st, which has never been the case her in the last 30 years ive visited. However the staff were polite, and the rooms were clean.

We had a lovely 6 days at the Bon Repos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and it was only a 5/10 minute walk to the beach. It was in a quieter area of Calella, which we liked and a 5/10 minute walk to the main shopping area. We were all inclusive. The food was great and we were able to heat our meals with the microwave. Maids did a brilliant job. Great value for money.

The staff was great and helpful with everything we asked for! The worst part started from breakfast Hall that was overcrowded very noisy, people shouting at each other you could say you was at the fish market and not in a dinner hall ,the food was average poor selection for all inclusive and we ate in town outside the hotel few time, drinks at bar the same even if we had all inclusive still we had to pay for better drinks about half price !.At night forget about sleeping ,noisy neighbours, walls are like cardboard thin can hear everything, people slamming the doors and talking loud even at 2-3 o'clock in the night ! The shower 🚿 works intermittently with hot water ! Overall the bad experience put us off booking again this hotel !

This hotel is terrible we got clean forks and knives from the basket what they put out and they were dirty had to wipe them plus the plates and cup were dirty too because of that Im ill from the second day when I went to see the manger with the napkin he said that’s not my problem that your Ill. Well anyone would get ill of a contaminated forks etc Would you like to eat with dirty forks etc ?? I’m never coming back here again 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Booked this as a cheapish deal Thinking as stated it was a three star hotel , well It’s certainly not 3 star more like 1/2 stars ! While the rooms are clean there is no hairdryer ( we did hire one from reception) no fridge the towel rail in bathroom kept falling off wall, no plug for the bath! Took two days to actually sort a plug for us !( we were told they don’t keep plugs as they are dangerous for children !- I said we don’t have children!) the walls as stated in other reviews are indeed paper thin and we were kept awake a few nights with a couple who had longgggg conversations in Spanish until three in the morning ! The air con is good There is a mix of nationalities at the resort and hotel , English at the hotel were the Minority when we were there which is fine but may want to consider this if coming with children and looking fir them to make friends Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat at hotel nor did we try the drinks but we heard many people commenting on how bad the food was ! The patio doors had no locks on them ! The hotel pool doesn’t open till 9.30 It’s a nice walk into town and to the beach only ten minutes and we found some fabulous restaurants ( separate trip advisor reviews for those )

No lo recomiendo. Para nada!!. Estancias sucias, sobre ocupación y bichos en la habitación! Un desastre. Mi hija ha acabado con las piernas llenas de picadas. Buffet con poca variedad y ascensores pequeños para la cantidad de gente que había. A la piscina le falta un repaso de mantenimiento en la zona de pequeños.

Muy mala estancia,creo que la peor de toda mi vida El buffet deja mucho que desear y antes del cierre nos retiraron la comida cuando nos estábamos sirviendo Al llegar la cuna no estaba preparada en nuestra habitación y cuando la reclamamos dos veces,nos trajeron una,y estaba mugrienta, sucia. Aquí no acaba, la cama estaba que se caya a pedazos y la primera noche no nos la cambiaron, me parece una vergüenza que tengan a los clientes en esta situación y no nos dieran una solución el primer día.Su respuesta fue,no tenemos camas. Después,nos quejamos que la habitación de al lado estaban haciendo escalando,avisamos dos veces y no nos creian, tenemos un bebé y eran las 2 de la mañana y no se podía descansar.Los del hotel toda la noche picando a la puerta,despertando al bebé. Cuando llegamos al hotel, la habitación no estaba limpia, había pelos por los suelos,la taza del WC rota, deja mucho que desear las instalaciones y el personal. El baño olía a cloaca y era horrible estar en la habitación.De depende te duchabas y salía agua caliente. Los ascensores del hotel,que solo tiene dos,son pequeños,dificulta mucho entrar con el carro y siempre nos tirábamos unos 10 minutos para cogerlo.Este hotel no tiene nada bueno,no reservéis!! En resumen un hotel que no aconsejo para nada.

Un verdadero desastre, el baño olia muy mal, la cisterna del vater se llenaba con agua caliente, te estavas duchando y de repente te quemabas, la comida fatal, la gente las normas se las pasaba por el forro, lo único que valia un poco la pena era la piscina aunque el suelo parecia una pista de patinaje solo se veían resbalones y niños cayéndose un verdadero desastre lo desaconsejo del todo, nosotros seguro que no volvemos.

Stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend on our first holiday together. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but effective. They were cleaned daily, as well as the balcony. The view of our balcony was towards the hills behind the hotel and was beautiful in the evenings. There was loads of options of buffet style food. The food also changed daily so you were never eating the same thing. Loads of choice and you would definitely find something you would like. Food ranged from traditional Spanish tapas and chorizo, to Italian pizza and pasta. I personally did not find that the drinks were watered down, however my boyfriend thinks differently. Nevertheless, the drinks tasted good and on all inclusive you could go back for more. The snacks during the day were mediocre, however we made full use of them.
