Smy Tahona Fuerteventura

The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do. Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds. could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive. It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them.. Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room. I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.. YOU ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF XX I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

I came to smy on my own. I felt very safe and welcomed. Met lots of friends. The staff were friendly especially yoana and Daniel. Lira, the entertainer was always bubbly and made sure to include everyone. The hotel was clean and has been updated in the 2 years since I last came here. Food could be slightly improved, but I managed to stay sustained enough. Good selection of drinks and snacks and for a few euros, you can order food from a premium menu. I’ve really enjoyed myself and would be happy to return in the future.

Excelente experiencia con la familia por una semana. Principalmente estuvimos en el hotel por la mañana hasta el desayuno y volvimo para la cena (el resto del tiempo estuvimos viendo la isla). Buena piscina para toda la familia. Mi hija de 8 años disfrutó mucho. Excelente servicio por parte de todos los empleados, destacando sobre todos a Luis de Restaurantes y Bares. Tanto su servicio en el hotel, cómo sus recomendaciones para visitar la isla fueron muy buenas para mejorar nuestra estancia. Además se veía con el trato con el resto de los clientes que lo suyo es vocacional y consistente. Un gran trabajador tenéis en Smy. Además Andrea en recepción también nos fue de mucha ayuda. Por último, pero no menos importante, el chico que hacía los huevos en el desayuno también sobresalía por su servicio y trato con los clientes. Muchas gracias!

Booked a very last minute holiday then saw the reviews and started to panic!! However had a very pleasant stay. Basic rooms that could be doing with being updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful always chatted. Meals we didn’t have an issue with the food and always found something to eat. Dining area was clean and staff worked to clear away plates/tables etc. pool area was very clean and no hogging of beds etc although could imagine in the height of season it could become crowded. All in all a very pleasant stay!!

Lovely little hotel, close to the shops, restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach front, Stayed for 16 nights, I was a solo female traveller, always felt safe in and out the hotel, The staff always work really hard, keeping everywhere spotless, Nice pools and comfy sunbeds, Food was enjoyable, always something to try, Only thing, my room needed updating, the floor tiles next to the bed was broken, the floors was stained, looked as tho they needed a scrub, small fridge in room wasn't working, since been told they are updating the rooms,
