Bang on as usual

We stayed here in January & March of this year & many times before this there is a special feeling about this complex relaxation & 100 % decent people who visit regular basis . We have had a old & new apartment so I can comment on both . Old ones dated but clean in all areas it's an apartment that has everything you will need . New ones WOW 👌 What a great job they have done everything & more so many pool views than any apartments i have seen . Out of the broncemar & a all inclusive hotel down by the beach ⛱️ this one has a location on a hill but not to far away that it's a struggle to get to but worth every penny . The other thing I have to mention is the ELITE BAR on the complex 1st class food & great stocked bar with many things going on from singers to bingo quiz to chill music the staff are lovely nothing to much trouble for the food alone if your staying else where it's worth a visit . We will be back in November & probably January 2026 ... VALUE FOR MONEY 💰

This is the eighth time we have been to Fuerteventura Beach Club Apartments and we were looking forward to staying in the newly renovated apartments and leaving a 5 star review, but it wasn’t to be. The rooms are lovely although they never bothered us before, but upon walking into our apartment the first thing we noticed was dirty hand prints all over the glass, nothing too bad we can live with that, then we walked in and they do look lovely. After looking around the apartment we noticed dust/muck on the skirting boards, the bathroom is half tiled and all along the tiles was what looked like brick dust, still there from when the rooms were renovated. We walked outside and the floor on the patio hadn’t been mopped or swept and the chairs and tables were dirty. They used to include an iron and ironing board in the old rooms and when we opened our cases my wife had a couple of tops that were creased so I nipped to reception and asked if we could have an iron, I was told someone would drop one off at the room, that was Tuesday, by Friday we still didn’t have one, so I went again and was told someone would drop it off, nine days we have been here and still no one has been, a maid hasn’t been anywhere near in the nine days, we had two bath towels and two hand towels, we requested clean towels several times and got none, my wife had to go to the laundry and wash them at €5 each time, we requested toilet rolls, never got any and had to buy them from the supermarket, I asked if there was a maid service and was told no they only clean when you leave the apartment that is why there is a moo and a brush in the apartments but yet my mother in law that came with us and had a separate room had her room cleaned, so do they clean them or not? We saw numerous rooms being cleaned while people were still in them while we were there for the 9nights, my guess is it must be the apartment they can’t be bothered with, because it is the very last one on the complex, number 54 and they can’t be bothered wheeling their trollies there, so if you get this apartment, hand the keys back and ask for another! One final note can the lady with the the blonde hair smile occasionally, she has a face that can turn the milk sour
