Days Inn by Wyndham Hotels in Calgary

I booked 4 adults in a room but was given only 3 pillows. We requested and front desk staff said they will deliver to our room but did not. Following morning when we complained we were told they run out of pillows 😔

It was a different room type than the bathtub room the night before. The front desk said I need to change rooms. I planned to extend my stay without having to change rooms. Far from the best hotel, but more or less clean, the beds are comfortable. There are a lot of migrants, a strange contingent.
