When they say Location, location, location - this hotel has it, lovely set up on the sea but it didn’t cancel out how poorly this hotel is run. The hotel is very run down and dated! The breakfast was good, nice variety. The staff need urgent customer service training, how to crack a smile, would be a start. Anything asked was a problem and not a single member of staff was prepared to go out of their way or assist! The parking! Well that was a stressful situation on its own. You couldn’t get a space and that was not their problem either. Our car was actually damaged in the car park. There is no information in the rooms about facilities and if you call reception to enquire they don’t answer their phone. Try get a drink from the bar - not an easy feat and we were told by the bar lady when we found her at the pool, it is only her so no room service can be expected. How on earth can this be classified as a 4 star? Not a great stay by any means !
