Tent Palmanova

Fabulous hotel, great location, clean rooms and lovely reception and pool area. The brunch concept was genius, ate breakfast, had a sunbathe then went and got a salad for lunch before heading to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, mixture of couples, singles and families. Would not hesitate to book again.

Hotel lovely overall and would stay here again. Perfect location⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room clean and tidy, basic but nice, shower really good. Pool area could do with a bit of TLC but fine for us. Not sure I would really stay here with children as not much going on for them. It definitely caters for adults. Food, basic but nice. No fridge in room but vending machines in the hotel to get drinks and snacks (pricey but if you need something it’s there) Air con fab, rooms really nice and cool. Thank you tent for a lovely short break. Would recommend a stay here. Palma nova is a lovely place to stay.

Stayed for a 4 night break on 10th August 25. Paid a really fair price for the time of year. I had read a lot of reviews so knew what to expect. Tbh I have no complaints. As there is no entertainment it mean't there was very few young children resident which suited really well as a middle aged couple wanting a relaxing time around the pool. We arrived about 12 midday, got bags into storage and then went to lie by the pool. You can use the brunch even if you aren't checked in as you are not required to give your room number to gain access. Always plenty of seats as the eating time is so spread out. Brunch was grand and there is a microwave in the dining area if you are unhappy with food temp. We didn't feel the need to use it. I didn't find not having a fridge a problem. You can buy frozen water in most of the supermarkets. I agree with people that the supermarket directly across the road is much more expensive than if you just walk on down the street. Air conditioning through out the hotel was good. Rooms spotless and although people feel they are on the small side we thought the bathroom was spacious, the shower was very powerful. And bedroom size was adequate for the time you spend in it. Happy with cleanliness throughout the hotel. Also a great location. We would definitely stay again. We have been trying to book for next June but both tour operators easyJet and Jet 2 have come up as having no availability for any dates in summer 26. I would like if a member of staff could comment on this and let me know if it is just too early to book and when can I expect dates to come out for Summer 26 please. Don't listen to the negative reviews, it's a great wee hotel!

Absolute hellhole. Horrendous self check-in system, room tiny and had no fridge or kettle. Breakfast was freezing, and pastries were rock hard. Staff were rude to young female guests wearing bikinis to breakfast but didn’t notice full-blown beer bellies. Denied late check-out. AVOID.

We had a great stay at Tent Palmanova. Considering this was one of the cheapest hotels, we had a really good stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and brunch worked, and the food was decent. The pool was nice and clean, and it was nice that there was an array of swimming pool equipment to use (noodles, footballs, Lilo’s etc) . The rooms was basic, but we expected that. It would be good if there was a mini fridge in the rooms but there’s a shop across the road where you can get cold drinks and water.

After arriving at the room, we were horrified and wondered if any cleaning had been done at all. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the floors hadn't even been mopped, there were shoe prints and dust everywhere. When we went to reception to discuss it, the ladies were also horrified by how it looked and immediately sent a cleaning service there, who didn't look enthusiastic at all. The mold was removed from the bathroom, but the dirt on the floor remained. There are a lot of food at brunch, bud everything taste like it was artificial. The watermeloun smells like onion. Everything looks like to be cheapest version and opinion. We were terrified throughout our stay here and at the end we were glad to be returning home.
