Stayed here 4 times now, hotel in great location, however on this occasion I think it my last, hotel staff on reception are very miserable and everything seems a bother to them. The hotels rooms have always been basic but everything you need for your stay including iron and ironing board, on this visit there was no iron in the room so kindly went and asked if we could have one, the reply was no we don’t have irons in rooms, I explained that I was staying there last year and previously and always had an iron, again they said no and we havnt for 2 years which is a lie. Staff said you can now hire one for €30 for the week, yes €30, I told them definitely not paying that. Cleaners were round daily and sometimes we just requested clean towels but other times when we were out the rooms were not cleaned and rubbish not taken or beds changed, just sheets thrown on the beds for us to do ourselves, leaving a pile of dirty linen on the floor I’m very disappointed as genuinely liked this hotel

We have been here before and this time it was just as good. Great positioned for restaurants bars and a very short walk to the lovely beach. Check in staff were very pleasant and polite. Great pool are with lots of sun beds and shades, and an area out of the way if you want it a bit quieter . Apartment had all that is needed and beds were quite comfortable. Cleaned every day and beds made. Would certainly recommend.

This is a lovely little place to stay. There’s no wow factor to it but if you don’t expect the Atlantis you won’t be disappointed. Rooms are clean & fresh a little dated but I’ve seen worse 3 star My only negative was the gentleman on reception who was abrupt when I asked for a room change after me & 3 year old being woken up early hours by drunken guests. His attitude gave me the impression he was implying I was being difficult but the lady on the desk was lovely and a new room allocated with no further fuss. Other staff are friendly & approachable - big shout out to the happy lifeguard who jokes around with the kids! This guy made my trip!! Good location & the car park entrance/exit takes you right to the bars, shops & beach I would definitely come back here again

Very good value for money, beautiful views a little run down in places. We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom sea view apartment (you defo want the sea view apartment upgrade well worth the money). The only negative is that the hallways and corridors are very dark and a piece of wood did fall onto the floor in front of us that was attached to a wall one day, some parts of the hotel are very old (corridors mainly) and the rooms are a little dated. But it’s a very good value for money apartment hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was very warm. Outdoor pools were very cold but that is to be expected in October. The walk to the beach in less than a minute and it’s a beautiful beach with lots of bars and shops. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to Aldi supermarket. 5 minute walk to the main *****. The balcony looks out beautifully over the sea and we were so lucky with the weather.

We went the second last week of October for a few days. We were given a sea view apartment and we were not disappointed. 3 of us had plenty of room, balcony was lovely to sit out at night time also. Pool was cold, but very refreshing once you were in it! Close to the beach (2 mins walk) and plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The bar was closed early enough each day (completely understandable as not peak season), but plenty of lovely bars to go to for a drink in the evenings. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - late check out was brilliant and we paid less than €40 to stay in the apartment until 6pm as we were getting a late flight home. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

All in all we had a pleasant stay here. Rooms are spacious & clean. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the road at the front, but that didn't bother us as we are hardly ever in the room. Kitchen area didn't seem the best, but we didn't use it so not a problem. Pool area was nice, plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar served nice snacks. Cleaners quite keen, arrived to clean rooms at 8.30am some mornings, so make sure you put the do not disturb sign out the night before. Hotel is in a good location. Straight out the back to the beach. Bus stop out the back too, which we used to get to Palma a few times. A very short walk into Magaluf if you want that. We went 12th-19th October. Weather was lovely, but the resort was closing down for the season. Would we stay again- most probably yes.
