disappointed with my stay at this hotel firstly we checked in around 12am which took over 40 minutes to do, we got to our room which was booked as a double room for 4 people we had 2 elderly people and 2 teenagers. quite tight as u walk in a room with a double bed and fake wardrobes and doors and then a kitchen areas with. table and chairs and a sofa. once we realised it was a sofa bed and pullled it out from the floor we realised we had to put all the sheets on ourself on both the sofa and the bed under. We was no informed of this not informed where the sheets are in the room Sheets that were given hardly fit the beds and once both made and the big sofa cushions were taken off leaving us with no room what so ever no room to get to the balcony no room to get into the kitchen cupboards no room to get from the beds into the other room or bath room without having to stand on beds or push it back under which u can’t do if someoen is on it we spent another hour rearranging the room so we had some space to walk and put our suitcase down one cuboard with 2 draws to put 2 cases of clothes in In the actual bedroom there is very little space for clothes again for 2 suitcases and just a bunch of fake draws and wardrobes. Aircon isn’t great in the room feels a little cooler but no enough if you struggle to sleep in the heat , the sofa beds are very uncomfortable Breakfast was very average but okay the snack bar throughout the day is the same menu as your dinner meals ! there is not a wide variety especially for children or picky eaters a lot of my family had to have the same thing through the day as they did for dinner unless we went out of the hotel for food the staff was very friendly but i would recommended them to just confirm what we have said as when ordering they firstly missed one of the meals then when we reminded them what we was missing and showed them it on the menu they came out with a different order so we had use our hands to cover everything else on the menu for them to see exactly what we was saying / pointing at very friendly but i would just work on the communication a little the entertainment wasn’t that great i think kids ages. 10-15 would be very bored the pool area is very nice pool is lovely and inflatables are allowed which is fun the pool side can get very very hot even if it’s just a couple steps away there is a shallow bit both top and bottom of the pool and in the middle is very deep which is nice balcony’s are nice the room for 4 people would be great for 2 and if there was a new menu for dinner time instead of it being the exact same as the snack bar.

Just got back from this hotel after an amazing week we really didn’t want to come home my three year old son absolutely loved it, the rooms are really clean and a great size the staff are absolutely fantastic special Mention to Diego who was on reception when we arrived late and realised there had been a mix up with our toddlers suitcase on the transfer coach Diego made sure he got our case to us and it was delivered at 3 AM a few hours later he really saved our holiday as this had all my little ones stuff in it for the week. No doubt I will be returning to this hotel very soon easily should be a 4 star thank you cas Saboners

Great holiday , amazing staff and spotless apartments. Me and my family fiancee and 2 children stayed here from the 24th of May for 7 nights. The hotel was amazing. Could not pick a fault. We are looking at coming back next year for 10 days. The breakfast was very well catered and the bar and entertainment staff where amazing. I have read people complaining about the prices of drinks. The average price of a drink is lower then the surrounding bars. Would defo recomend going with a family or a chilled holiday. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR AMIGOS !
