We had a brilliant stay - amazing views and loved how easy it was to swim in the sea from the pool area. Food was really nice, always a good selection and different every night. Nice that drinks (including alcohol) were included in breakfast and dinner even though we were not all inclusive. Super affordable cocktails and snacks at the pool bar too. Only concern really was some noise coming from the hotel opposite!

Beautiful setting for the hotel, booked the vip before arriving and would recommend this to people who do not want the stress of getting up early to scramble for a suitable spot for the day. Staff very friendly. Food choice and quality I could not fault, though sometimes could be warmer, but a microwave is available which we used. Breakfast choice was great. Overall had a great stay, would recommend a week stay to everyone.

We visited in August 25 and the weather was very warm and the hotel setting very beautiful. However there were a couple of issues. The rooms have showers over the bath. If you are of a certain age, or maybe any age, climbing into a very slippy bath, without any grip handles or slip mats is not very safe. I know I didn’t look forward to my shower and felt very uneasy until I was safely out and standing on the bathroom floor. Very few people use a bath now, if a shower is available, so the bathrooms need some tlc with walk in showers. Another wee bugbear about the rooms is there is no dressing table mirror so you either stand in the bathroom or at the full length wardrobe mirrors to do hair and makeup unless you take a small mirror with you, which I did. Rooms are clean and towels are changed daily. If you have a sea view room it is a stunning view. Food. I’m veggie and unless I wanted the same pizza or pasta every day the choice for me was very hit and miss. I never had a plate that looked like a complete meal and the veggie choice was sometimes mixed up with the meat dishes. My husband who is a meat eater always found something to fill his plate but be aware food is not very hot and cools very fast once at the table. We paid extra for a high level room which gave us access to the VIP deck. This area has its own bar and every two beds have a parasol. There is a plunge pool to keep you cool. The deck is surrounded by glass so there is a fabulous view over the bay and sea. The deck is only a few years old but the plunge pool area is definitely in need of attention. The grout on the tiles is all coming away and there is piles of grainy stones in every corner and on the floor of the pool. There is lots of black mould on the grout where you enter the pool and tiles are beginning to come off. The composite decking round the pool is also needing attention with bits missing or broken. All the glass surround is filthy. The pool was tested every day but the water or pool area was not cleaned at all while we were there. I actually took half empty drinks cups back to the bar which had been lying at the pool for a couple of days!! All this sounds as if I dislike the hotel and this isn’t true. We love going for a week of total relaxation and have been 4 times. Just a few tweaks and the hotel could be superb instead of just good.

Brilliant food brilliant views and pool, lovely staff, amazing entertainment team all had a smile on there face and friendly to chat to expecilly Paula, all organised events well and made them fun, having an amazing time

Definitely one to return to for a relaxing and pampering holiday. Amazing location with helpful and attentive staff.

I have to say this was the most relaxing vacation we have been on, from start to finish we couldn’t fault our overall experience. The staff were friendly and engaging, helping me with my limited Spanish vocabulary, lots of friendly banter both ways. The food was excellent with a varied choice of breakfast lunch and dinner. The VIP area was fantastic and well worth the little extra paid for the higher floor with sea view. Our overall experience was fantastic and well worth will be returning very soon Simon & Jane ❤️
