Good place, with comfortable living. But there is no soul. Staff is just doing their work, no more. The service can be better. Was a bit disappointed, when I just mentioned that my boyfriend is having bday today and we went to celebrate it in your hotel, the hostess just laughed and said something “ don’t worry, we will check in you on time”. It will be great the staff will be more caring about guest’s birthdays and will give some compliment.

The best mini getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day and my birthday! From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left, everything was spectacular.
The food was top-notch, 100 points. The staff's kindness was another 100. The facilities were incredible, perfect for families with kids—my son didn’t know where to start or end his day with all the activities available.
I had a treat at the spa, and WOW! From choosing the treatment to the private room and the massage itself, it was an amazing birthday experience.
We encountered a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff did everything possible to resolve it quickly.
Our flight was quite late, and they offered us a late check-out with all the amenities.
I would always return to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

Находимся во Вьетнаме 2 месяца, базируемся в Нячанге в отеле 4*, но много где были во Вьетнаме и этот отель для нас не первая пятерка. Отель удобный для короткого отдыха - рядом аэропорт, до Нячанга минут 30 на машине или на байке. Расположение отеля относительно пляжа прекрасное - это та часть Бай Дая где нет такого ужасного мусора в море, как в других частях вне отелей на этой полосе пляжей. Мы были в сезон - яркое солнце, теплые бассейны, великолепные виды на пляж и из номера (мы жили на 6 этаже, все номера смотрят на море). Море тёплое, волн почти нет, если есть - очень комфортные! На пляже, как писали предыдущие ораторы, мало лежаков, всего 10 зонтиков и под ними 10-15 лежаков + некоторые количество мешков-кресел, больше в сезон на пляже от солнца укрыться негде, и этого для купания катастрофически мало.
На территории 2 бассейна для взрослых (большой и маленький) - тоже очень мало лежаков около них, 1 бассейн для детей, есть СПА-здание, огромный спорт зал, в котором внутри женской раздевалки 2 сауны и купель, в мужской раздевалке только сауны и нет купели. В сезон очень много корейцев, они занимают все бассейны и пол пляжа.
Номера большие, чистые, но уже пожёванные жизнью, в нашем номере балконная дверь открывалась только условиями мужских рук и то, с усилием (она заржавела). Ванная комната включает унитаз, ванную, душ, все принадлежности для этого есть, халаты, тапочки, шампунь прекрасно мылится на волосы и баночки хватает на 3-4 раза (у меня волосы до плеч), есть соль для ванны, кондиционер для волос, зубные щетки, шапочка для душа, расческа одноразовая, фен, весы электрические, халаты и тапки, полотенца банные. В холодильнике пусто, на номер дают 4 бутылки воды.
У нас был включен ужин (и завтрак), цены в меню на пиво в 5,5 раз выше, чем в любом кафе вне отеля. Перекусить вне отеля можно только в придорожных кафе (из отеля направо есть такое рядом) или в Нячанге. Завтраки прекрасные. Ужин, кстати, по меню и по качеству еды прекрасный тоже.
Аквапарк клёвый, 2 горки для взрослых и пара для детей + площадка для мелких детей в воде. Мило.
Детей в отеле много! Кто-то писал выше, что нет детей, так вот в сезон они есть и их много!
Территория ухоженная, красивая, чистая.
В общем, отель рекомендую для семейного и спокойного отдыха.

Mình đi du lịch vào dịo nghỉ lễ 30/4 và 1/5 nhưng vẫn thấy dịch vụ tốt. Phòng rèm bị trục trặc nhưng kỹ thuật có mặt và xử lý nhanh. Các bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và niềm nở, gọi xe điện cho tụi mình di chuyển không chỉ trong khu vực resort mà cũng có hỗ trợ chở sang nhà hàng phía moven pick.
Check-in và check-out đều được Anh Lịch hỗ trợ, thủ tục nhanh và hướng dẫn cũng cụ thể.
Nói chung một kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn 😀
