The small village of Montemagno is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In Montemagno there are two excellent restaurants a bar and a minimarket. The house is on 2 levels and is arranged as follows: - on the ground floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people and a TV corner (TV with international channels, wifi), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine. - On the upper floor there is a very spacious double bedroom and a room with two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a boy. The two rooms have a beautiful view of the coast and the sea, on a clear day you can see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica. The rustic-elegant furnishings have many antiques. The shared saltwater swimming pool is located in a separate area just a few metres from the house and in a panoramic position. The three houses on the property were created from the careful restoration of the agricultural outbuildings of a 17th century farm villa. This flat is ideal for 6 persons.
