Above Casoli (3 km) 9 km from the centre of Camaiore, 19 km from the centre of Viareggio, 44 km from the centre of Pisa, in an elevated position on a slope, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden, 5'000 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow. (slide, swing). 1.5 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Viareggio" 19 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 17 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 18 km, Lucca 34 km, Collodi Pinocchio Park 55 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 34 km, Riomaggiore 81 km. Charmantes großzügiges Haus mit allem was man braucht, sehr ruhige isolierte Lage. Die Anfahrt ist sehr eng und kurvig. Der Schlüssel muss in Camaiore geholt werden, die Vermieterin fährt dann voraus. Ohne diesen Service wäre das Haus nicht zu finden. Tro
