We booked this travel lodge as my mum had to be at the papworth hospital earlier
The next morning, my mum had to have oxygen and the lady on reception was rude to her didn’t speak to her directly but referred to her and disable all the time, we had oxygen delivered to the room which I confirms with another staff member over the phone a few days before we arrived and was told
It wasn’t a problem, we ended up needing an engineer out as the oxygen wasn’t working and we just got tutted at by said staff member, when we made a complete to the travel
Lodge all we got was you booked via a third party so there own staff wasn’t a problem, would stay here again if I was paid too, rude with no need to be

Clean, basic hotel with helpful staff.
Would recommend but someone was spying and commenting on my actions in my private room.
I did inform the Reception Desk.
Services area needs some more active supervision to stop male tarts soliciting / pernicious, slandering females with kids endangering customers' wellbeing.

Even though the hotel is far from Cambridge downtown, it is clean and surrounded by several stores where one can get everything when needed.
The reception ladies are very handful, and they provided help when we needed it.
Getting an Uber from the hotel is also tricky, as it depends on the time of the day you request one.

There was a new clean pile of towels on the bed when I arrived. There were a few crumbs on the carpet that had not been vacuumed. I wasn't sure if the bed linen had been changed as it was a bit crumpled. But then the clean towels were there. Getting into the bed I noticed marks and small curly hairs. Disgusting

Friendly and caring staff, parking was a nightmare there onsite parking was closed off for anyone to park in disabled, 4g signal there wasnt any at all no mobile phone service inside the hotel and very limited outside the hotel

Hard to find as tucked away and sat nav code u/s. Nice clean hotel as you would expect from a Travelodge & great staff, looked after us when booking in.

Accessible room. Sufficient space in room and bathroom for wheelchair. Noisey neighbours above, no noise road, easy to locate, spacious parking. No restaurants within walking distance. Pleasant staff, clean room. Shower not working.

Great stay at this Travelodge. Nicely hidden away. We booked as I had an appointment at The Papworth Hospital, and it was a straight 15 min drive to the hospital in the morning. Nice clean room with a bath, which was unexpected and made a pleasant change. The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and had good customer service skills. Would definitely stay again. I would have given 5 stars, but there were a couple of other guests who were inconsiderate where noise was concerned, but at least it went quiet after 10pm!

Friendly staff but needs air con and better cleaning. No where to eat within walking distance (all closed) and water pressure is awful, so plan your showers!!
