Absolutely Disgraceful Service – A Complete Scam
I am appalled by the horrible service of this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong destination and called the hotel to cancel within just 10 minutes of making the reservation. They told me they couldn’t cancel at the moment but assured me they could do so the next morning after speaking with the manager. Trusting their word, I waited until morning and called again, only to be told they could no longer cancel my booking.
This is blatant dishonesty and nothing short of a scam! The hotel deliberately misled me and refused to respect my consumer rights. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also outright deceptive, treating customers as if their concerns and rights do not matter.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and infuriating, and I urge others to stay far away from this hotel. Such unethical practices and fraudulent behavior should not be tolerated.

The hotel has you thinking you are getting a good deal, then charge an additional $25 to park at their place. Do they think you magically just appear at their hotel?

Excellent facilities, spacious place, very good service attitude, and most importantly, the lake view outside is very beautiful. There is a very grand bridge next to it, and the experience is great.

Booked this hotel for my kid. My phone charging cable broke at night, so I asked the front desk to borrow one to charge it temporarily, but they said they didn't have any. The next day after I checked out, I was in another city, and there was another hotel charge for no apparent reason. When I asked the hotel, they didn't know anything. Although the amount was not large, I couldn't tell if it was a fraudulent charge. The hotel staff was also very arrogant and disdainful. Everyone should avoid this hotel!
