"The hotel has a rule of not cleaning, but the response is slow after the cleaning request is made. The sheets are not clean enough when checking in. Other aspects are good, especially the scenery. Compared with the hotel in the city, it is more convenient to travel if you are good at using the surrounding buses. Several bus stops are within walking distance, of course, the bus should check the arrival time to avoid waiting too long"

"It's great that there's a Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone is friendly, but it was a shame that we had to wait extra at check-in time. It's clean, but there's a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. The water comes out well. I think it was an upgrade from a regular room, but I was given a larger room. It's convenient to go out for dinner, and it's very nice."

"Hotel was in a good location, but trying to reach out to the property was a nightmare . My daughter was told someone would be at the hotel to help check her in at 430 when she arrived . Needless to say no one showed up and she couldn’t check into her room - I gave up my room to her because she ran the Philly 10k and hotel was close to the race site. I had to find another hotel last minute and it was very expensive and I asked to be compensated by hotel for their lack of customer service and they flatly refused. We will never stay here again."

"Everything was fantastic! The guys at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating! The breakfast was bare minimum but the muffins they had were very good! The lack of parking was an unexpected, $35 to park next door overnight. But other than that everything else was perfect. The customer service, comfort, quality, elegance, all on point."

"Very good accommodation experience!
Located in the city center, you can visit the Independence Bell, Independence Hall, and the Capitol within a few minutes' walk.
The room is clean, and you can change and remove the bedding by yourself, which is both clean and labor-saving.
There are limited free drinks or beverages every night, and everyone can drink and communicate, and the atmosphere is very good.
The public toilets and showers are very clean and comfortable.
Recommend friends to stay."

"The scenery outside the window is good, you can see the Franklin Bridge directly, the surrounding is very safe, the breakfast is also rich, the front desk coffee is casually drunk, there is no microwave in the house, there is in the lobby. Not far from the Independence Palace, the Freedom Bell, Chinatown, about 20 minutes walk. The sanitation is probably clean, I caught two as soon as I checked in."
