Hotel Ruta Romana

I tried to contact the hotel to reserve a room during May. However I have to say that it was the worst experience I have ever had. They do not bother to answer for about two hours and when they did they said that they have a room available and that an Enghlis speaking person will contact me. Nothing happened. It's been nearly more that 24 hours. I have tried to contact them about 14 or 15 times – not to mention a couple of emails for good measure - no reaction from their end. This sorry excuse of a hotel should be avoided if for nothing for the way they treat their potential clients worse than animals. Disgusting - Terribly disgusting. They are a disgrace to the tourist industry in Spain and should have their licence withdrawn. They are only spreading a bad name to the tourism industry in Spain. Intenté ponerme en contacto con el hotel para reservar una habitación durante el mes de mayo. Sin embargo, tengo que decir que fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. No se molestaron en contestar durante unas dos horas y cuando lo hicieron dijeron que tenían una habitación disponible y que una persona que hablara inglés se pondría en contacto conmigo. No pasó nada. Han pasado casi más de 24 horas. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos unas 14 o 15 veces, por no hablar de un par de correos electrónicos por si acaso, sin ninguna reacción por su parte. Esta lamentable excusa de un hotel debe evitarse aunque solo sea por la forma en que tratan a sus clientes potenciales peor que a los animales. Repugnante - Terriblemente repugnante. Son una vergüenza para la industria turística en España y deberían retirarles la licencia. Lo único que hacen es difundir una mala reputación en la industria turística en España.

La foto lo dice todo, desde luego no es lo esperado y para nada se ve en sus fotos. No creo que sea un buen sitio para familias. No tengo nada ni con el personal ni con la ubicación, pero ocultar esto dice mucho.
