"Clean basic room with amenities. Only downside is there's no lift so if you have heavy luggage you need to carry it up the stairs and a microwave and fridge in the room would have made it much better."

"Despite the apprehension of staying in a bar/hotel, frankly we are pleasantly surprised because the bar is completely independent from the hotel so we were treated to extraordinary tranquility, the room is super clean and pleasant. Tip: to go to the city center of Sydney there is a train nearby which is very pleasant to take and economical, around 35 minutes by transport."

"It's OK. The facilities are old. The advantage is that it is in the Burwood Chinese area, which is convenient for eating and shopping."

"Good location, right on public bus stop, 10 minutes walk to 2 train stations, shopping Centre and restaurant's. Found some of the other customers a bit troublesome and loud overnight. The staff were lovely."

"Our stay at the hotel was perfect for our 18-hour layover. It's located about 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus, you can also take the train from the airport. There is a gas station, McDonald's, Subway, KFC, and a Peruvian chicken place, all in the same vicinity as the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. They provided towels, coffee, tea, and soap. Check-in was easy. They have breakfast for a fee but we left before that. There's also a washer and dryer that you can use for a fee. The wifi worked lovely. I would stay here again."

"We booked this accommodation due to its proximity to a nearby stadium venue, where we were going to in the evening. We were advised by ”in the know friend” that the overall area is not the kind you want to be out socially alone in after dark hours. This was evident, as 2 Police officers were in the sporting club venue, as we arrived back around midnight, looking for a person of interest. This was of no concern to us, we were not asked questions by the police, It's just that the police had the only staff working that night, attending to their needs. As part of the accommodation offer, we were generously offered a free drink of wine or beer. We were looking to have a drink before retiring to our rooms, so the staff were caught up with the police officers. My group did to other things, like checked out the TAB and seating in the bar area while waited. ( all very clean & tidy btw) We were eventually attended to and we move on, No worries there, my comments are just to highlight the overall societal concerns of Greenacres area after dark, as we could briefly hear the conversations and requests between the police and staff. Nevertheless. just speaking about the accomodation, my room was very clean & tidy, I appreciated the air conditioner being on already, as I entered the room. I had all the basic necessities that I needed: towel, fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom & toilets were shared, it was disappointing to see one that in one of the two toilets available, had broken seat that wasn't hinged to the toilet (it looked untidy and it was unknown for how long the seat has been broken). Overall I was very comfortable, i felt safe, I had a great sleep. The next morning, I took advantage of the 2 minute walk to the nearby supermarket for some groceries, the Sunday morning staff all greeted me with a ”good morning,” which was pleasant to hear and made me smile. Returning items to the fridge in my room, I then went back out for a walk lovely walk in the sunshine along the shopping strip, for fresh coffee & food from one of the many family run bakeries just 1 minute down the street from the accommodation. Overall i had a nice pleasant experience!"

"房間很大，就是床稍微有點小，床墊有點軟，其他地方還是很不錯的，附近步行10分鐘就有一個大超市，附近還有一個麥當勞餐廳，想吃中餐步行15分鐘左右就有兩家中餐餐廳，一個新疆拉麪館，另外一個是伊犁餐館也是新疆人開的，味道不錯，餐廳也很乾凈衞生。"

"Check in was great I went out for dinner and when I returned I opened the door to find the complete window frame and window smashed and my belongings scattered everywhere. I raced down to reception to advise the person on the front desk only to be told that there had been a 3 hour blackout at the motel and they were sorry 😡 I had to prompt the receptionist to give me another room which he did then he came up took a look and said let me know if anything is missing & walked away, do I started collecting my things only to find that my TAG heuer watch had been stolen so I lived into room 101 from 107 couldn’t sleep thinking I was going to get burgled the second time. Upon checking out I advised a different receptionist that my watch had been stolen he said we are very sorry but I will talk to management to see what we can offer you that was at 10am this morning and haven’t heard a word from the motel management 🤷♂️ absolutely disgusted"
