Exagon Park

Visited for a week at the end of May as a family with 2 teenagers. Had 2 rooms next to each other overlooking the tennis courts which was very pretty and peaceful. As many have already stated the rooms are dated but they are perfectly clean and the beds are comfy. Our ac in both rooms worked well and we slept well. The bathroom could do with being updated as the shower over the bath and the shower curtain is annoying. But again everything is clean and the water is hot. We didn’t bother with the safe as you need to pay and it’s too tiny to put more than passports in. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of German holiday makers but I have no issue with this and didn’t feel we English were treated any different. The hotel grounds are lovely. The pool area is surrounded by vegetation making you feel like you are very secluded. The pool is huge and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. My boys loved being able to play ball in the pool and use inflatables. There is a lifeguard and he seemed very efficient. Once telling my son not to run as it’s dangerous and once helping him get on an inflatable in the pool. End of May the outside pool water temp was very pleasant. Even my husband who hates cold water was happy using the pool. The inside pool is a lovely temperature but do be careful in there as the floor in the corridor inside gets crazy slippy and I saw a man fall hard one afternoon. We were half board. Food is good and pretty typical of this type of hotel. Standard buffet food. Good choice, tasty and looks nice. As with most places it’s getting a bit boring after a week. They do a different joint each evening- lamb, pork, duck, ribs and this was always very good. The dinning room can gets very busy. We either went to dinner at opening or after 8pm for a more enjoyable experience and a table outside. Did not watch any entertainment nor join in the daily activities. The animation team were not pushy with I appreciated. Also like that there was no music around the pool. So peaceful. Also you won’t struggle to get a lounger by the pool as there are so many and such a huge area to pick from. 5-15 minute walk to bars, restaurants and small shops. Big Lidl 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend at the right price. In fact my parents have booked and are going next week!

Lovely hotel and would like to return. Only one drawback. We had room 221 and there is a step down from the bedroom to the balcony. A small sign warning of the step is attached to the sliding door which can be obscured by the net curtain. The tiles out and in being the same colour gives the impression of no step. Signs should be attached to the wall and perhaps a handrail. If these were in place they might have prevented my wife having hospital treatment on the first day of our holiday. Needless to say holiday ruined.

Just had an amazing week at the Exagon Park. The hotel and the grounds are kept immaculate, all the staff are very welcoming and very attentive nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard. The food selection was good and plentiful, there was a great selection for the all inclusive drinks. Chirs from the entertainment team was absolutely outstanding a great asset to the hotel, he made the holiday just perfect. We'll be coming back. Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel.

A few words about the Exagon Park Hotel. What an excellent place to discover! It is ideally located, among the quiet streets of Ca'n Picafort, yet so close to the hustle and bustle of the lively part of this small gem of a town. Very close to the beach, about a 4-minute walk along the beautiful surroundings of the tiled streets... Food is plentiful and of great variety; the staff couldn't do enough for you. It feels like they know how to look after guests in a professional manner. As soon as you arrive, you are the guest, which means you will be looked after to the highest standard. This is the best hotel we have stated at in Majorca. Staff are amazing, such friendly people. All the communal areas are immaculate, so clean and tidy. Food is good with attentive waiters. Only slight downside is the rooms are in need of an update, they're a little old and lack electrical sockets.

We stayed here on a bed and breakfast basis, for 5 days at the end of May into the beginning of June 2024. As a family of 2 parents and 2 children (teens) we had 2 rooms beside one another. The rooms were cleaned and serviced every day and they were decent with a nice outlook from the terrace. Food was provided when we arrived late the first day (after 10pm). Each morning we had a buffet style breakfast that had loads of choice from fried foods, fish, breads, sweet pastries, cereals, fruit and numerous different drinks. It was a very busy dining room at times that we were there, but never did we feel rushed. There were a number of options for food and drinks in the bars and the bar food was good, enjoyable. There was evening entertainment available along with a swimming pool, sauna, massage, basketball, table tennis, pool etc. There was also an entertainment crew to keep younger guests happy. The reception staff were very helpful, and language was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel for the service, value and it's location on the edge of Can Picafort within an easy stroll along the promenade to the hustle and bustle of the centre of things.
