BG Tonga Tower

就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio, habitaciones… fuimos de viaje en pareja y es espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Overview Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff can't save this hotel from its major flaws; ineffective air conditioning, poor-quality food, a daily sunbed scramble, dangerous umbrellas, a incredibly frustrating lift system, and inconvenient, arbitrary drink rules. Overall, it feels like cost-cutting has taken priority over guest comfort. Would not recommend for families or anyone expecting a stress-free all-inclusive experience. Full: Good - Staff generally nice and polite. - Room, and hotel in general, was superficially spotless and our cleaning lady (Neua) was lovely. - Rooms were a great size. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. TV to cater for all languages. - Internet speeds were decent when WiFi worked (which was most of the time). - Good quality beer on tap (Cruzcampo) and they were generous with portions. Bad - Air Conditioning in rooms was atrocious and has been artificially limited to 23°C for cost saving reasons. I would rather pay a slight premium and be able to control the temperature of the air conditioning myself as 23°C is far too warm after you've spent all day in the sun leading to a bad night's sleep as you struggle to cool down. This was the second-worst part of the hotel and led to poor l-quality, broken sleep. It is absurd that, as an adult, I'm not allowed to set the room temperature for my own comfort after spending a not insignificant amount of money. - Food is, at best, available and edible. Most of the warm buffet is cold. They don't replace old items anywhere near quickly enough. Most of it is inoffensive, but flavourless. The breakfast and lunch are particularly bad. Not one "dish" provided during our stay had the "that was really nice" reaction. Gave up eating the evening meals after probably the 4th evening. Probably one of the worst all inclusive food provisions I've had. - Morning race to place towels is a joke. You have to be at the pool terrace by no later than 0750 to participate in the squid games as they open the door for 0800 and everyone rushes to get a sunbed. Led to poor night's sleeps due to anxiety of sleeping in. This is all because there are categorically not enough beds and definitely not enough shade. - The sun loungers are "OK". They aren't terrible, but have very little support or comfort. Some are saggy and very uncomfortable but due to the aforementioned point about not having enough loungers, you can't be picky. - The umbrellas are not secure. On days when there is some slight wind, they go flying. This is dangerous as you have a sharp metal brolly end flying around the pool side. The umbrellas should be replaced with larger ones of a more sturdy design and more of them. - The worst part about the hotel was the lift system. We were only on the 4th floor, so wasn't too bad as we could walk if needed, but then we also had kids and a pram with 6 in our party. Any floors higher or people with poor mobility, I would categorically not recommend this hotel. There are 5 lifts avail

Excellent hotel rooms very clean cleaned daily, the staff was very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble food to suit all tastes and to a high standard. Poolside perfect for children and adults. Overall excellent would highly recommend
