就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio, habitaciones… fuimos de viaje en pareja y es espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Precioso hotel, muy tranquilo. Perfecta la sauna y piscina interior. Muy buen menú, mucha verdura y fruta. La habitació muy cómoda, buena limpieza de ella y mantenimiento en gral en todo el hotel. Personal muy amable, desde información, personal cocina, camareros.

Great hotel, it was our third time staying there. Evgeny and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Can Picafort if you don’t mind a trek to the beach but we loved strolling through town on the way. Half board was the option that we chose and there was always a great selection of breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay here again👍👍👍👍👍

Negativ: Das Hotel ist leider eindeutig nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Hotel, doch ab dem vierten Abend kam es bei uns beiden zu starker Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall – kurz nach dem Abendessen. Der Gesundheitszustand verschlechterte sich so stark, dass wir die Hälfte unseres Urlaubs stationär im Krankenhaus behandelt werden mussten. Sowohl die Ärzte in Mallorca als auch in Österreich äußerten stark den Verdacht, dass eine Lebensmittelvergiftung durch das Abendessen im Hotel die Ursache unserer Beschwerden war. Die Reaktion des Hotels war enttäuschend: Zunächst wurde uns keine Hilfe beim Transport ins Krankenhaus angeboten, später fehlte jegliche Einsicht – weder über die Reiseleitung noch auf direkte Anfrage wurde uns ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen angeboten. Ich weiß natürlich, dass sie uns finanziell nicht entgegenkommen müssen, aber wenigstens ein „Es tut uns leid“ wäre angemessen gewesen. Auch das Buffet war insgesamt enttäuschend: laut, lieblos, teils brauner Salat vom Vortag und sogar das Trinkwasser beim Abendessen schmeckte stark nach Chlor. Positiv: Das Zimmer war sauber und der Ausblick auf das Meer im 13. Stock sehr schön.

To start with the positives. The pool area was very relaxing. The hotel do not allow you to put towels down for before 8am which alleviates the stress of having to find a sun lounger. Having said that, there were lots of beds. The views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The standard of drinks was good. The downsides were, when we checked in we were given very little information apart from meal times. The reception staff did not seem overly friendly and this was our experience of most of the staff there. There did not seem to be any information book and the hotel staff were not forthcoming with any information .We booked a double room and the room and bathroom felt very cramped. People staying in the suites said they were quite roomy. There was a safe in the room but we have been given no information about this and it did not appear it was in working order. The book the holiday through TUI and again there was absolutely no information on the rep desk . It did not seem that TUI had a huge presence in this hotel?We had an issue with the shower tray overflowing and flooding the bathroom floor. The bathroom door did not close properly. We reported these and somebody came but the problems still persisted. Other people said they had the same problems in their rooms!The food started off promising but after a few days it felt very repetitive and the restaurant was noisy and chaotic. It really wasn't a relaxing experience. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the bedroom and it seemed that guests were not allowed in the restaurant before breakfast! Apparently you could hire a kettle but we were not given this information by reception and heard it second-hand from another guest. When we have stayed at other hotels we were always greeted by all members of staff but in this hotel it felt as if you were just another number. There seems to be lots of positive reviews for this hotel, we can honestly say this was not our experience of this hotel

We have just spent a week at this hotel and have had the best experience. The facilities are very good but the staff made our week. A special mention to Alex and Marc on the entertainment team who gave us such a laugh the whole week. The bar staff were also very attentive and made us smile throughout. We will be looking to visit this hotel again!

very good hotel, located close to beaches (5-15 min walk), bus stops (5 min walk), restaurants and shops. delicious and mixed food (also for vegetarians) and drinks. very helpful hotel staff. nice and comfortable rooms cleaned up every day

Great family hotel with helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and amazing food. Everything is kept immaculate and the hotel is within easy reach of the town and beach. Parking is very limited in the immediate area, and lifts are always full during busy time's wich can be annoying.

Me and my fiance booked our holiday through TUI. We arrived at the hotel late at night due to no fault of the hotel, however upon arriving we were immediately confronted with a 30 Euro tourist Tax charge which was not mentioned no where in holiday description when we booked. Receptionist was disinterested which after a long day of travelling is not what you are after. We were given a paper bag with a couple of warm ham sandwiches (In previous they’ve had a hot meal available to late comers) and pointed to our room, however upon getting to our room we couldn’t enter the room with the card we were given. My partner then proceeded back down to the reception at what was close to midnight to be told you need to use your wrist band, which would have been handy to be told upon arrival. We weren’t told when breakfast/lunch/dinner was which is something you expect when you’ve booked an all inclusive holiday. The overall attitude of the hotel staff was bog standard at best, the cleaning staff have been amazing, however the attitude of the actual staff at the hotel seems to me that they couldn’t care less, it’s a job and that’s it. From previous all inclusive hotel buffets the food sits below average from what you’d expect from an all inclusive hotel coming from a UK chefs perspective. Over the past 12 months I’ve visited 5 all inclusive hotels and this would rank as the lowest unfortunately. Upon the tourist tax upon arrival, we were then told that we would need to pay 10 Euros each for a towel and this was exacerbated by another 10 euro charge for an iron (from previous all inclusive hotels have been provided). When ordering drinks at the pool bar/normal bar, you were told you could only order 2 drinks per person, my partners wristband for scanning for drinks didn’t work so I had to go up every time, so if either myself or my partner wanted a beer and a water we then had to choose between the too, which when in a hot county shouldn’t be something you need to do.
