PRO: Excellent location, food choices for breakfast and diner. Also very clean and nice staff at the restaurant. CON: 1. Rooms I have booked were not the same as in the pictures. I have booked the top ones (2 rooms) as Superior Top Floor with Terrasse, on the site they had a nice terrase with super nice sea view, I have paid for that. Instead I have received 2 lateral rooms with a small balcony, from one (509) there was a small partial view of sea while from the other there was none as it was also hidden by wall (505). Indeed, this second room I received after complaining that initial room assigned (510) was very very small with a small bed (i suppose single). They need to change their categories of the rooms. 2. For the amount paid and supposed to be the top rooms, there was no coffee machine in the room. All you had was some Nescafe and some tea with boiling water utilities. Even those ones were not refilled and when asked the answer was that this is just for arrival ??!!! So I have to go to supermarket to buy Nescaffee and sugar as i can boil water in the room to prepare my coffee -＞ beach is close and I chosed to take my good coffee there at one of the bars (also the coffee at their breakfast coffee machines is horible). 3. For a beach hotel a drinking water fontaine would had been appreciated, while 3.1€ for half liter is quite much Long story short, hotel is nice with nice staff, good location, clean, very good restaurant. While for improvements: - room categorization to get what you pay not ,,similar from the same category'' - coffee machine in the top rated rooms - quality of coffee at breakfast - missing drinking water fontaine

Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a huge food variety. We could upgrade to a bigger room and they made everything possible for us. The hotel overall was not that crowded and we had a relaxing stay. Rooms were also clean and modern!

Great and clean hotel. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Breakfast is nice. Perfect location in Can Picafort close to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was really good, carefully cooked and very tasty.

Stayed at JS Yate at the beginning of June and can't rate this hotel highly enough. The beds are so comfortable, the hotel is spotless and the food in the restaurant is excellent. We booked half board and were so glad that we did. The pool area has plenty of beds, although I'm not sure what the 'bed situation' would be in the height of summer in July / August! Entertainment was just OK, but there are plenty of bars just outside of the hotel that you can avail of in the evenings. The location of the hotel is also super, as just 2 streets away you are right on the beach front. The staff honestly couldn't do enough for us, and we have already booked to go back again next year! Well done to all involved in the excellent running of this hotel.
