Many opportunities await outside to enjoy and connect with nature. The outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs is perfect for stargazing. Fire starting supplies and s’more sticks are provided. Outdoor games are also available. Just 15 minutes away is the town of Canandaigua, where you will find the New York Kitchen, fine dining, concerts at CMAC, Roseland Water and Wakeboard Park, Kershaw Park, Cumming Nature Center, quaint shops up and down Main Street, and much more! Just 3 Minutes from Onanda park for swimming and a marina for boating. Join your family and friends and enjoy the Finger Lakes! Other things to Note: - This is a 2 story property, requiring a few steps to enter. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on first floor, additional interior spiral stairs are required to reach bedroom 3 & 4. Spiral stairs are steep - if you have mobility challenges it may be difficult to navigate. - We have an outdoor security camera (main entrance door) for the safety and security of our home. Please do not tamper with this. Your privacy is paramount and this camera is only accessed if an issue arises and is for security reasons. - This property runs on septic and a residential private well with a full house water filtration system. The water is safe to drink and we offer a large Brita filter in the fridge for extra water storage. The outdoor hose water faucets are supplied by a rainwater cistern and are non-potable. - Landscaper/Snow Removal contractors may be scheduled during your stay. We ask that you are patient and understanding of their essential work! - Complementary starter kit of supplies provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, ground coffee/filters/k-cups/creamers. - Please be respectful of our home and leave it in the same clean condition you found it. House Rules: - Guests may check in at 3:00 pm and must check out by 10:00 am unless previously arranged. Guests must inform us if they plan to arrive past 9PM so we can ensure we are available to address any issues/concerns upon their arrival. Late check in/out must be requested prior to arrival day, not the day of check in/out. - All guests must be included on reservation guest count, whether or not they stay the night. An extra guest fee of $100 will be applied per extra guest not disclosed beforehand. Prior approval is required by host. - Report any damages or issues immediately so we can take corrective measures to ensure you have a five star stay. - Please respect quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home or on the property. If cigarette butts are found outside or in the home, the renter will be charged a $500 fee. - No indoor fires are allowed in the living room wood stove or basement fireplace. This is for your safety and to ensure the safety of our property. - No outdoor fires left unattended. Please ensure campfire is only held in firepit and no outdoor fires during dangerous wind conditions or NYS burn bans. - Do not leave pets unattended unless they are crated or well behaved. Pets/service animals ARE NOT allowed on the furniture. Please pick up pet waste with provided bags and place in outside designated trash can. - No ATVs or other outdoor vehicles are permitted to be driven on the property. - PLEASE READ: The town rules in regard to maximum occupancy are strictly enforced. We have a zero tolerance policy for anyone that is caught with additional guests not previously disclosed.
