"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ إقامة رائعة– توصية بشدة! زرناها في الاسبوع 10 من ٢٠26 وكان لدينا تجربة مذهلة تماما من البداية الى النهاية. بداية من لحظة وصولنا استقبلنا ترحيب دافئ و احترافي. لقد تم الاهتمام بخدماتنا واجراءات التسكين بسرعة ، وكان المستوى العام للنظافة والخدمة متميزا طوال فترة اقامتنا. الطعام كان استثنائيا. تتوفر في الفندق الكثير من المطاعم والاماكن السياحية. ويتم تقديم خيارات افضل كدلك من اجل بقائك مع المدام. تم تقديم وجبة العشاء كل مساء بشكل جميل ونوعية عالية جدا، كما أن بوفيه الإفطار كان مدعو ومرن، مع الخيار على الطلب بالضبط ما تريد. يقع الفندق في الضواحي. لذلك ، لا ينبغي أن يكون الفندق صاخبًا. قبل الوصول ، كنا قلقين قليلاً حول المسافة إلى مصعد التزلج ، لكن تبين أن هذا ليس مشكلة على الإطلاق. تستمر المكوك في الفندق ، ولم ننتظر أكثر من بضع دقائق. لكن عموما لم يكن الاختيار ناجحا. لقد كنت سعيدا جدا مع الفندق. كان السائق دائما ودية ومفيدة للغاية ، وكان أيضا مساعدة مع التزلج. بشكل عام ، إقامة ذات جودة عالية يمكننا أن نوصي بشدة. سوف نعود بالتأكيد!"

"Well located hotel in the heart of Canazei and a ten minute walk from the gondola. This medium size family hotel is a joy to stay at. The food was exceptional, well done to Chef Dario and the kitchen staff who put on amazing dishes every single night without fail. The menu was extensive and the salad buffet was also very well stocked with a variety of dishes. Our kids tried so many new and healthy options and were not disappointed. The spa and swimming pool were next level and enabled the body to relax after a hard days skiing. Will definitely be back again!"

"Very good value hotel. Slightly out of town but no issues walking in and getting the regular buses right outside the hotel. Breakfast very good. Evening meal a bit hit and miss, a few strange combos. Afternoon tea fine. Room spacious for three. The hotel is traditional and some areas are a bit dated but for the money it’s absolutely fine. Neilson staff amazing. Emily particularly good. All very well organised, we had the flight home cancelled due to weather, alternative airport sorted and transport no problem."

"The hotel is located right in the center of Canazei. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The carpeting along the stairs isn't the best; it's a bit depressing. The only major flaw is the lack of an elevator, and if I'd known that in advance, I'm not sure I would have booked because it's not exactly ideal for carrying luggage, especially having to walk up three flights of stairs every time, or for those with family members in wheelchairs. The staff is very kind, but very cold. At the reception, being more cheerful and welcoming guests with a smile wouldn't be a bad thing, because their faces always made it look like something had happened. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"The double room and en-suite bathroom were fine, with a little private balcony outside the room with the view of the forest on one side and the view of the hotel breakfast room with people eating on the other side. The issue with this hotel, the only big one, was that the parking was supposed to be there and free, unfortunately there was no parking at all!! They receptionist told us to park in the private parking of the private residents building opposite the hotel and when I asked ‘ what happens if the police take away our car? Will the hotel be responsible?’, of course she said no! As there was absolutely no parking at all around the hotel area, we parked were the receptionist told us but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all, thinking about the car park! So our stay here for one night was ruined. This hotel has no free parking available for all their customers, even if you let them know in advance ( they may have a couple of parking spaces, but it’s a lotto to get one!). So if you decide to stay here, we aware of this if you’re coming by car."

"في فندق ميراموني صغير و مريح .. يتميز بالنظافة و النظافة و راحة كل شيء .. التعامل بحسن الظيافة مع الحرفاء الى اقل التفاصيل .. المالكين لطيفين ومتوفرين، والهياكل، وقريب جدا من المرافق، ومنظمة لكل حاجة، منطقة السبا والاسترخاء (الجديد) راقية وكبيرة جدا، ينصح به جزئيا (مع مسبح ومكوى للتدفئة). الفراخوست والعشاء بمستوى ممتاز و وفطور . ملاحظة خاصة للخادم ماكسيموم و العاملين به محترفين و متعاطفين. قضينا ليلة جميلة و غير صادقين و يلفت الانتباه و الجودة. سنعود بالتأكيد. شكراً لكم، !!!"

"A cozy, atmospheric hotel. We liked the convenient location: it was only a 3-4-minute walk from the hotel to the Canazei-Pecol ski lift, with a ski rental shop on the way and a ski center within walking distance. The staff was friendly; a Russian-speaking waitress served us in the restaurant; she was very welcoming and responsive. There's a free spa center on the -1 floor: a sauna, a small jacuzzi-type pool, a cold plunge pool, and a relaxation room with complimentary tea, drinks, and cookies. After skiing, we spent time there until dinner. A ski room is free. The room was very warm; the radiators were well-heated and adjustable, and there were no problems with hot water. The shower was uncomfortable and outdated, but tolerable. Near the restaurant, where dinners are served, a wood-burning fireplace is lit every evening, which adds an extra coziness in winter after the mountains. Even the broken safe in the room, which was never fixed despite reminders, didn't spoil the experience. The dinner service was a bit of a letdown; they brought them, and the wait was long. It's set up like this: you arrive, and while you wait for your main menu dish, you can pile vegetables, dressings, and spices onto your plate, buffet-style, like at breakfast. You choose your dishes each evening for the next day, with a choice of one out of three. The menu is in English, and many of the dish names are confusing (you read a long, beautiful name, only to end up with pasta in a creamy sauce and ground pepper lining the edges of your plate). For some reason, the management thinks the chef's food is delicious. In reality, there were only a couple of tasty dinner dishes the entire week. But the long wait was the most annoying—you arrive at 7:30 PM and leave at 9:00 PM. Three courses and dessert arrive in 90 minutes (first comes a small appetizer, which you eat and sit for 15-20 minutes), then at 8:00 PM they bring the entree, which isn't always soup, then the main course at 8:30 PM, and finally, dessert at 9:00 PM). The portions are small, but sufficient. This is especially true if you've been gorging yourself on grated carrots, beets, pickled onions, lettuce, and bread rolls while waiting. You can order wine, beer, water, cola, and other drinks—it makes the wait a little less stressful, though the prices are on the high side, as is typical in restaurants. This is probably the only thing I didn't like, and it's the only reason I wouldn't want to return or recommend this hotel."

"Went with Nelson Holidays. Great food, Any help wanted Emilly(Nielson rep) and staff at hotel where on hand. Got lost as ski map not that great but Emilly got a taxi for me (was v. expensive though). Had funny rule that you could have tea in the morning and cake/homemade biscuits and tea from 4.30-5.30 free but other times had to pay- in UK have kettle in your room with teabags anyway. Said tap water OK but tasted funny to me so got bottles. Lovely sauna and Jacuzzi. Swimming pool 10min free ski bus away and pretty walks nearby. Wonderful view from room of mountains. Could have been a board game/cards night though and they could of organised restaurant for everyone when chef had day off. Have to take bus and two gondolas to meet ski instructers so got lost first day as signage not great. Got given beginner skis when opted for package when said was intermediate. "
