"فندق ممتاز وأفضل تقييم 4* لكن مع 5*الاكل والمرافق الترفيهية. غرف جميلة وخدمة من الطبقة الراقية من جميع الموظفين. خدمة ممتازة في الفندق. الود والتفاعل مع جميع الموظفين بما فيهم أصحاب المصلحة يجعل من هذه تجربة رائعة حقا لا يجب التغاضي عنها إذا كنت تسافر إلى منطقة دولوميت في إيطاليا. اختيار بوفيه مفتوح من الماكولات واصناف متنوعة من اللحوم والخضار والجبن المطبوخة قبل جلسنا كي نقدم وجباتنا المسائية فقط صدمنها صدمني الصحراء ... الطعام لذيذ بلاضافي كانت روعة الطعم الهندي (اطلاطة بيك) ... تجربة تستحق التكرار اكثر من مرة أفضل مناطق التزلج في العالم، فال دي فاسا، منطقة حديثة جداً، ومساحة كبيرة ومتنوعة من السبا في القبو تُعلي من خلال بركة اللانهائية في الطابق الثاني وتنظر فوق مدينة كانازاي والجبال المحيطة ترى الصورة. يستحق أن يأتي لهذا وحده، خاصة الجلوس في بركة خارجية مع الثلج. أسبوع عظيم."

"Friendly family run place. Decent breakfast and wifi. Rooms are quite small and sound proofing is poor (you can listen to the conversations of your neighbours), but otherwise all very comfortable. Nice small spa - an extra fee of 15 Eur/hr - but the advantage is it’s quiet, kept in good order, and the steam room and sauna both good and hot. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the lifts. You can ski down from the smaller Ciampac zone (black run) but you have to wait for the cable car down from the Sella side. When there’s enough snow, you could probably also ski down to Canazei and take the free ski bus (but not enough snow during our trip). Ski shop next to the lift has lockers for 6 euros / day if you’re too lazy to carry your skis the 100m back to the hotel. Would happily stay again."

"بقينا في فندق لوكاندا لمدة 3 أيام، وكانت كل لحظة تجربة مذهلة. من اللحظة الأولى، دخلنا جو دافئ ومضياف مما جعلنا نشعر بالترحاب، وقدم هذا لنا طوال فترة إقامتنا. كان لدينا رحلة عائلية إلى المطار ورحلات الغوص التي قضيناها في جو جميل وحضرنا إلى المنزل. كانت الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة، ونحن نشعر حقا بأننا يمكن أن يكون لك مجانا. الغرفة كانت بمستوى استثنائي من النظافة والترتيب مع الاهتمام بكل تفاصيلها الصغيرة. السرير مريح والاطلالة من النافذة رائعة بكل بساطة. الإفطار كان غني ومنوع ، وجميع الأطباق كانت طازجة ولذيذة. كانت الإقامة في فندق نوفوتيل سويت دبي، غرفة نظيفة، نظيفة، لطيفة، كبيرة. ولكن ما جعل الفرق حقا أن جعل إقامتنا مثالية كان التصرف الصغير والشخصية من الموظفين. في اليوم الأول، كانت الشوكولاتة اللذيذة تنتظرنا في الغرفة. فندق يستحق كل الثناء. كانو حريصين على المساعدة والمساعدة ولطفهم ومهنية وكانو موجودين دائماً للمساعدة وتقديم المشورة والابتسامة ."

"Feedback for this room And for this location which i paid 425 euro/night ! - Bad smell in the room because of the mold in three places in bathroom and in the room, i have got 3 paper cups for three persons in 6 days as i stayed in that room , no mini-bar only an empty fridge, we didn't have any bottle of drinking water from the host, when I use hot water in the shower, i have to wait several minutes for the hot water to come!, at night it was cold in the room and I did not have the possibility to increase the temperature in the room, the bathroom has a jacuzzi but it cannot be used because it is under the slope of the roof and in addition the corner rods were unglued, the headboard in the picture fell on my head because it was not attached to the wall at all , cleaning servicies are mediocre , although I had half board I did not receive any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at dinner - the exception being tap Water . conclusion! although the rate paid per night is for a 5 star hotel the location is not rated more than one star"

"We had an excellent stay at the Dolomites Inn with Nelson Holidays. Our room was extremely comfortable for 3 people with everything you could need although the shower head had a mind of its own and there was a lot of condensation on the bathroom window which ran down onto the shelf beneath rendering it unusable. The staff in the chalet hotel were great and worked very hard. The wine served with dinner was very drinkable and the food was good but it wasn’t always all served at the same time. This got better as the week progressed (it was the first of the season). Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. A ski bus stopped right outside the hotel which had an excellent ski room. We were able to be on the first lift from Alba each morning. The amount of skiing in the area is awesome and every day is a new adventure. Penia is a quiet place but charming and there is some lovely architecture. A quick walk down the road and there are a few bars and restaurants. We had a lovely meal out when it was the staff night off. The bar at the hotel catered to our other needs. A good afternoon tea was served there. We enjoyed use of the excellent sauna and hot tub but didn’t have the energy to make use of the squash courts!"

"Just steps from the center, the hotel features the classic wooden architecture typical of the area. The interiors are well appointed , with warm furniture and furnishings. The rooms are spacious , and have a balcony overlooking the Dolomites. We did not visit their restaurant for lunch or dinner, we only sampled their breakfast, which offered a good selection of sweet and savory options. We enjoyed the fitness center, which also features a second seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Recommended."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ إقامة رائعة– توصية بشدة! زرناها في الاسبوع 10 من ٢٠26 وكان لدينا تجربة مذهلة تماما من البداية الى النهاية. بداية من لحظة وصولنا استقبلنا ترحيب دافئ و احترافي. لقد تم الاهتمام بخدماتنا واجراءات التسكين بسرعة ، وكان المستوى العام للنظافة والخدمة متميزا طوال فترة اقامتنا. الطعام كان استثنائيا. تتوفر في الفندق الكثير من المطاعم والاماكن السياحية. ويتم تقديم خيارات افضل كدلك من اجل بقائك مع المدام. تم تقديم وجبة العشاء كل مساء بشكل جميل ونوعية عالية جدا، كما أن بوفيه الإفطار كان مدعو ومرن، مع الخيار على الطلب بالضبط ما تريد. يقع الفندق في الضواحي. لذلك ، لا ينبغي أن يكون الفندق صاخبًا. قبل الوصول ، كنا قلقين قليلاً حول المسافة إلى مصعد التزلج ، لكن تبين أن هذا ليس مشكلة على الإطلاق. تستمر المكوك في الفندق ، ولم ننتظر أكثر من بضع دقائق. لكن عموما لم يكن الاختيار ناجحا. لقد كنت سعيدا جدا مع الفندق. كان السائق دائما ودية ومفيدة للغاية ، وكان أيضا مساعدة مع التزلج. بشكل عام ، إقامة ذات جودة عالية يمكننا أن نوصي بشدة. سوف نعود بالتأكيد!"

"We stayed at Villa Rosella in Alba di Canazei and I couldn't have made a better choice. The location is simply perfect: surrounded by greenery, with a spectacular view of the Dolomites, literally steps from the Alba–Col dei Rossi and Alba–Ciampac ski lifts, and a 5-minute drive from Canazei (but you can also easily reach it on foot). The property is welcoming and well-kept. Our room was small but had a nice bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of Mount Colac. The room was cleaned daily. Another strong point was the food. We had half board, so we always ate dinner at the property. Breakfast is plentiful, varied (sweet and savory), and superb, especially the homemade desserts. For dinner, we were allowed to choose from the menu the day before (vegetable buffet, soup, choice of first and second course, and dessert). Everything was super plentiful and incredibly delicious (we still dream of the strudel). But the real strength of this property is the family who runs it and all the staff who accompany them. I highly recommend Villa Rosella to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Val di Fassa."

"قضينا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في وادي فاس في فندق آستوريا، كان اختيارا رهيبا، والفندق يقع في مكان هادئ جدا ولكن لا يزال قريب جدا من وسط كانازاي. الغرفة كانت واسعة ونظيفة مع جميع وسائل الراحة وبلكونه وحمام كبير. منطقة المسبح - المسابح جميلة جداً ونظيفة. المسابح كبيرة ومزودة بمرافق سبا (داخلية وخارجية) ممتازة. سعر الإقامة غالي. أنا شخصياً لم أجد حجز في وقت مبكر. يعتبر فندق الرتز هوليداي إن إكسبريس من الفنادق التي تتميز بالفخامة والرفاهية. يتميز الفندق بموقعه القريب من محطة القطار والمركز وبقربه أيضاً مول الإمارات. يتميز الفندق أيضاً بتصميمات داخلية جميلة. يوفر بوفيه إفطار من أفضل الأشياء التي وجدتها على الإطلاق. يتوفر بالفندق مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات ونوعية عديدة. شخصيا وجدت في الاستقبال من احترافية وودية موظفي الاستقبال وموظفي المطعم اثناء نظافة الغرفة والبار وجدتها غريبة وغير مبالية باقون الفندق مستشارين للعطلات في كانازي لانه مناسب جدا لجميع الجولات السياحية للمشاركة في المنطقة"

"Went with Nelson Holidays. Great food, Any help wanted Emilly(Nielson rep) and staff at hotel where on hand. Got lost as ski map not that great but Emilly got a taxi for me (was v. expensive though). Had funny rule that you could have tea in the morning and cake/homemade biscuits and tea from 4.30-5.30 free but other times had to pay- in UK have kettle in your room with teabags anyway. Said tap water OK but tasted funny to me so got bottles. Lovely sauna and Jacuzzi. Swimming pool 10min free ski bus away and pretty walks nearby. Wonderful view from room of mountains. Could have been a board game/cards night though and they could of organised restaurant for everyone when chef had day off. Have to take bus and two gondolas to meet ski instructers so got lost first day as signage not great. Got given beginner skis when opted for package when said was intermediate. "

"Wonderful hospitality with very helpful and experienced staff! Perfect location for a relaxing break with top spa. As a family, we enjoyed the interconnecting rooms and the pool. The food for breakfast was high standard and the hotel restaurant has a wonderful menu with a great chef. There is a fantastic bar with super selection of cocktails courtesy of Silvio, an accomplished bar tender. We have stayed here three times and enjoy it every time! Staff are amazing and the owners are present and welcoming. Congratulations to the team once again on their top hospitality!"
