"تم حجز أثنين من الاجنحة بخصوص الاجنحة والتكييف بعد عودتنا بعد سنتين وتحسنت الأمور بشكل كبير . الغرف جميلة وواسعة يوجد سبا ومسبح في الهواء الطلق وعدد من المسابح يتضمن 3 مسابح في داخل المنتجع بالإضافة لمطبخ على مستوى عالي يجعل الإقامة فيها لا تنسى . يتوفر في الفندق العديد من الخدمات والمطاعم وجميعها متاحة حسب الطلب . بوفيه الإفطار أيضا وفرة جدا والموظفين غرفة سوبريور متوفرة واللطف جدا. الموقع ثم موقعه استراتيجي للغاية. بالتأكيد سوف نعود .... ♥️♥️♥️"

"The double room and en-suite bathroom were fine, with a little private balcony outside the room with the view of the forest on one side and the view of the hotel breakfast room with people eating on the other side. The issue with this hotel, the only big one, was that the parking was supposed to be there and free, unfortunately there was no parking at all!! They receptionist told us to park in the private parking of the private residents building opposite the hotel and when I asked ‘ what happens if the police take away our car? Will the hotel be responsible?’, of course she said no! As there was absolutely no parking at all around the hotel area, we parked were the receptionist told us but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all, thinking about the car park! So our stay here for one night was ruined. This hotel has no free parking available for all their customers, even if you let them know in advance ( they may have a couple of parking spaces, but it’s a lotto to get one!). So if you decide to stay here, we aware of this if you’re coming by car."

"Went with Nelson Holidays. Great food, Any help wanted Emilly(Nielson rep) and staff at hotel where on hand. Got lost as ski map not that great but Emilly got a taxi for me (was v. expensive though). Had funny rule that you could have tea in the morning and cake/homemade biscuits and tea from 4.30-5.30 free but other times had to pay- in UK have kettle in your room with teabags anyway. Said tap water OK but tasted funny to me so got bottles. Lovely sauna and Jacuzzi. Swimming pool 10min free ski bus away and pretty walks nearby. Wonderful view from room of mountains. Could have been a board game/cards night though and they could of organised restaurant for everyone when chef had day off. Have to take bus and two gondolas to meet ski instructers so got lost first day as signage not great. Got given beginner skis when opted for package when said was intermediate. "

"There is not a negative note that I could give ... we had a great time, very warm and clean rooms .. wonderful staff not to mention the cuisine, everything excellent, the Spa very nice ... it is just a few meters from the ski lifts and the center what more can you say? we will definitely be back ..."
