Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. Breakfast buffet is very good. Beautiful ambiance.Special thanks to paresh Echita at reception and Shailendraa, Glawin and Prajwal at food exchange for taking extra care. Food was absolutely delicious

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Very lovely pool, a great swim up bar & nice clean rooms. Great service at breakfast time with Nidhi & Shalindra. The is an extensive selection at breakfast time of western and great local foods. Also amazing pizzas & cocktails at Forno Tinto. Very happy.

Its a OYO ! I guess a few OYO rooms would be better ...Dont worry my pics will speak ...Pathetic is a better word than the experience here. I am not new to 5 stars anywhere. Please don't get fooled by the name here. It's a terrible piece of maintainence + upkeep + etc etc ...( Pasting pics here ). Service - Not a glass of water served.... An hr to checkin ... Experience is horrible .... I can't say about other reviews and their genuineness.... ...AVOID .... AVOID .... AVOID.. seepage , smell , dirty linens , torn upholstery, broken heater , rusted fridge . CHeck my stay pics

Firstly, I would like to say that the property was very very good so I would give 10 out of 10 for the property Secondly I had booked 2 rooms but even after reaching at 9 am, I was given my first room at check in time i.e. at 2:30 pm and the second room was given at after 5 pm SO SO WORST MANAGMET AT RECEPTION And I was told different room numbers 5 times and given reasons for cleaning and lastly I had to come to the reception to take my second room. BROTHER it does not happen that you forget your guest that someone is waiting to whom you had promised to give the room soon and In the end I had to take the room from you and that too after asking 10-10 times. There was no facility to welcome the guests And so busy staff But everything is soo good except that

It's being are 6th time visit to goa but this visit is the memorable one as we enjoyed and liked everything about Novotel. Hospitality, food and ambience is top notch and excellent.Special thanks to the amazing staff Nisha, Rinmi, Sumanto,Srinidhi Raju.

First of all suite room is very comfortable and cozy and spacious for family with kids and also they have big and nice breakfast and dinner spread. we being a vegan family was taken good care for breakfast and a special shout out to Mr Sukamal who was very kind. Must visit place for family

Room dining service is very quickly and hostility manner is very good well staying in Novotel make me feel more comfortable with my family and surrounding is very much excellent and thank for everyone in this hospitality in Novotel for making us more comfortable I like to mention some name who was very genius to us Dominic, Pradeep,pamai ton🩷😇

The stay was amazing , no words to give a feedback it was that good , for sure we will visit once again . The highlights of are stay was restaurant, the food , menu , breakfast, lunch every single thing was amazing and the Goan food had it’s own style , staff was ready to assist at anytime Nidhi , Shailendra,Sukma , parjwal everything were polite and nice.
