Radisson Goa Candolim

There is nothing delight than welcoming guest while entering the hotel. It was such a WOW factor for us, lots of options to drink, cookies, sandwich, chocolate for refreshment. For us, it was a perfect welcome. The rooms were excellent with pool view and adjacent to each other (teenage kids). The next day, by looking at the size of restaurant, I was not very hopeful for the breakfast spread but to my surprise, it was huge spread from Indian to continental, deserts, drinks, live counters etc. Moreover each of the restaurant staff was so friendly that you don't hesitate to ask for anything. They always served with smile and also encourage to take more from the buffet. We were very impressed with the restaurant manger Mr. Suman and his attitude towards your likes and dislike, he has been offered me a Goan Dish Poee which was not in the buffet, excellent taste and very nice preparation. He also taken care of my teenage daughters for their donut carving, in fact, last day of our breakfast, he has packed some donuts and cookies, what a pleasant hospitality – thank you once again. The restaurant has extremely well and friendly staff and I must name them individually who has been taken care of our prompt needs, Shibu – nice smile and very efficient, Prasanta – young and super cool guy, Sohini – always try to help and ask for more, Apuii – smiling face and prompt, Veena – understanding and supportive, Ananda – front office guy with huge smile and know how to give warm welcome to the guest, very friendly and courtesies, last, but not the least, the entire team of Radisson who has been working extremely hard to put things in place. I am sure without backend team whether its reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc. the WOW factor would not have been possible. The stay is good and the service provided by Mr.vinay is very good kids enjoyed and the stay was very pleasant if u include kids play area it would be more entertaining for the kids and the service and the staff was very good the services provided by Mr Vinay is good
