"Great location close to the Canela stone Cathedral, but on a street with little traffic. Reception works hard to provide the best stay for guests, especially during check-in/out. Restaurant serves very good quality breakfast. At other times there are varied options on the menu for snack, lunch or dinner. Accommodations cleaned/sanitized with care. Garage with valet if necessary."

"The hotel is well located, good service ! It has two negative points, the first is coffee I think the hotel's door could be better the variety of coffee, and the other issue is the charge of the real parking 35 per day to leave in front of the hotel I found absurd"

"The best choice we made in the trip was to stay in Blumen, the breakfast was incredible, all the cardboard options made by the chef were delicious, the buffet items were new and tasty, and we were served coffee at the table. The room was clean and smellful, and the bed was very comfortable, but the focus was the service of the staff, all we talked with were super-solicited and careful, we felt welcome."

"I would like to record the service I received from two reception employees (I don't remember their names) one with a beard and the other with shaved hair... when we arrived on 12/23/23 my wife checked in, there were two rooms, one of them for my brother-in-law and his mother, when we entered the room we realized that one of them was not as requested and confirmed over the phone a month before…..otherwise I would not have booked this hotel…..I then went to reception to request a room with the features requested, which were two single beds, an option in the reservation itself......to my surprise, one of the attendants started to tell me that the option didn't exist, that I couldn't choose as it was the hotel's policy, he told me in front of the guests that my rooms were standard (in other words, poor according to what he said), I retorted and demanded as I had booked, I spoke louder when the other suggested that my baby sleep between mine and my wife and that I change rooms with my brother-in-law and mother-in-law…..the one with shaved hair suggested that I leave the hotel if I wasn't happy and even told me to never book in that hotel again, all this scandal in front of the guests who were there…..and after that they changed the rooms as requested when booking !!!!! I leave this report not for my own benefit, as I will actually NEVER stay there again, sorry for the other employees who served us well, but as a warning to others, be prepared as there are two employees at reception who do not honor the company that pays them salaries !!!!"

"Excellent location, clean environment and pleasant smell. Morning coffee is OK. The only question was the bed, which was composed of two single beds together, which ended up generating discomfort due to the vacuum in the middle. In the apartment we stayed there was also a iron water pipe under the garden, we ended up hurting by passing. In addition, good care!"

"The hotel is wonderful! The service and the quality of what is offered are great. There is on-site parking and outdoor areas with fireplaces to enjoy the cold outdoors. On weekends, interactive activities are offered for adults. There is no Kids' area, but the hotel is well organized to accommodate children in the rooms. The decor is beautiful and there are several spaces for socializing. However, the restaurant area is a bit small for the number of guests. There may be some waiting during peak breakfast hours. The room is wonderful, but the acoustics are not the best. As in most hotels. We will certainly return!"
